I bought my first RTIC mug in 2016 for $11.99. I used this thing faithfully almost every single day. I used it even after a student knocked it out of my hand at dismissal in 2019, putting a dent in the bottom so that it didn't sit super flat on the table. Eventually I got a handle for it (should have done that at the beginning). This thing keeps my cold stuff cold and hot stuff hot. For the price, it is totally worth it. I wash my mug in the dishwasher, but recently found out you aren't supposed to do that? Oops. I have noticed over the last few months that it doesn't hold the cold/hot as long as it used to. So now, after 8 years, I am retiring my original (aka it will stay at work so I can drink water out of it), and buying a replacement for my coffee. I hope the new one is a good as the old one. I use giant 2" cube ice in this thing, two of those cubes plus roughly 20 ounces of coffee and some milk and its a perfect fit in this 30oz mug.Side note, I somehow ordered 3 during prime day (not sure how that happened), and you do have to pay return shipping if you want to send them back. Luckily my sister will take one, and I guess for the price I will just keep the other one for when I need it in 8 years- not worth sending back for $7 in shipping on a $16 purchase.Don't hesitate, buy this mug, you will be happy you did. It can totally compete with the more expensive brands out there.

This mug does what an insulated mug is supposed to do -- it keeps hot things hot and cold things cold. Best of all, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. In my case, the RTIC 20 oz tumbler is my go-to for keeping my coffee hot in the morning. The size is just right. I put in 16 oz of hot coffee and some creamer and sit down to enjoy the early morning quiet. I don't drink my coffee quickly. It can take me over an hour to go through 16 oz of my favorite morning brew. This insulated mug keeps my coffee plenty warm for an hour or more. I've also used it with iced drinks and it does even better keeping things cold. Great value for the price.

Some of these tumblers just don't fit in my cup holder. This one does. Keeps my coffee not and toasty for a very long time. Easy clean and easy to grip. Highly recommended

Works well and holds ice wonderfully. Only issue was it came damaged. The bottom was dented a little.

Great quality and price for what it is. Keeps ice for over 24 hours. Item says not dishwasher safe but put mine in dishwasher all the time with no problems. 30 oz is great for 2 cans of soda & ice.

RTIC tumbler is quality made, lid is sturdy, looks good and fits well in vehicle cup holder. I have only used for cold beverages. Ice last for many hours, beverage stays cold and tumbler does not sweat on outside.

Got this for my brother one Christmas. Perfect size. He uses it daily for coffee and it stays hot all day at work.

De muy buena calidad lo que me gustó del vaso es que si dura bastante tiempo lo frío y también lo caliente ideal para el trabajo o el hogar y muy fácil de lavar

El vaso tiene buena calidad y a diferencia de otros en el mercado este mantiene la forma curva en la base como sus hermanos de 30 Oz. Lo que lo vuelve muy cómodo para sostenerlo, cabe en la mayoría de portavasos, la tapa evita derrames aún que no es completamente hermética, conserva las bebidas frías/calientes por horas.

Me gustó mucho, tiene muy buena calidad e termo, mantiene muy bien la temperatura.

I buy a coffee on the way to the gym before work, the coffee it's still hot an 1.5 hours later when I'm done. Quality is better than my Yeti. I love the snap tight lid on this mug.

Great size tumbler and well worth the money.
