This heating pad is pretty-well shown in the advertising pictures above. It snaps around the shoulders and has a tie that can go around the waist so as to keep the pad and its heat close to the user. I bought it as a gift for my mother who is 'always' cold and has back soreness. She loves it.The Good:Very easy to use, multiple heat levels, decent weight (about 2 lbs. I think), and provides heat from your neck down your back. It feels very soft, soothing and comfortable during the up to 2 hour timer period.The Bad:Nothing except for those that don't want to have to be close enough to plug it into a wall outlet (I don't think much of battery-powered heating pads and the like though as they are inefficient); the cord is reasonably long, so any chair or couch you like should be close enough to an electric source.The Bottomline:My mother thinks it's great. She uses it every day it seems and has greatly appreciated the heat as well as the relief it provides. If you're looking for something to heat your back and hold its position, this may help you or someone you'd like to gift it to.

I bought this as a gift for my mom, who suffers from back pain, and it is a really good quality heating pad. The way it wraps around your shoulders keeps it in place while you're sitting. It covers the whole back and shoulders. It is big enough to fit a plus-size person. There are a variety of different heat settings to accommodate your preference and comfort level.This won't solve a serious injury that requires medical attention, but for moderate back pain or menstrual cramps, it does provide some relief. Mom also enjoyed that it helped keep her warm in our house since we keep our ac low and she is always cold.So for sure, buy this for your mom if she is always cold, even if she doesn't have back pain.

This is a wonderful heating pad for people like me who have neck and back pain due to injury. I call it my “hug”, because that’s what it feels like, a warm just tight enough hug. I love that it has four timer settings though I always go for the two hour maximum before auto shut off. I love that it has multiple heat settings, such a blessing when compared to just one on other heating pads! I love this product so much that I just bought a second one, so if one is washing, I can still feel hugged! I may buy a third so I can be hugged in the front, and be nice and toasty on cold mornings. I gave it 4 stars only because I wish the neck fasteners had one more set to work better and fit more snuggly on fat necks like mine! 😂 But other than that, it’s perfect! Oh, I forgot to mention that the cord length is good also, and the controller is very easy to hold and work! So happy and thankful I found this product!

This large heating pad is a wonderful aid for back and neck pain. I’m 6’1” and it reaches all the way from my shoulders down to my waist. Excellent quality, heats up fast, and the variable timer/auto shut off is an important feature. Soft and very flexible. Really happy with this product.

This is a God send. The length is perfect I like that it's stamps and ties around your waist the color matches my bedding it heats up really well it has different heat levels different timercedes I like the LED control. Maybe a regret is not fine one of these sooner I was using 2 heating pads and now I only need 1. It is weighted in the neck and the size that snap across your collar ball that takes a little bit of time to get used to the weight but it helps it stay in place the neck is a little stiff in the beginning and it just takes some time too you know some use to to break it in and once you do it's comfortable you could sleep with it it's great for my office chair oftentimes my neck or my shoulder blade and my lower back hurts at the same time so I love this it hits all the spots. I also love that the plug apart detaches so you could put it in the washer if you need to.
