I disliked that the plants were shriveled, brown spotted and dead. HOWEVER: Bonnie Plants made every effort to help me, and the basil was replaced with beautiful, healthy big plants. Thank you Bonnie Plants!!!

Black spots, wilted, completely dry and dusty.
The Basil plants were sent out without the same care as other plants I've gotten from Bonnie's. My suggested is to read the "most recent" reviews as well as the 1 and 2 star reviews. I've ordered Bonnie's plants before but this is the first time I've ordered Basil. Don't order the Basil plants. They are just too temperamental. I've ordered the Rosemary and also a four pack of Rosemary, Sage, Oregano and Thyme. These were very moist upon arrival and just needed a good watering and sunlight to bring them back. These Basil plants may not make it. First of all, they are about one third the size they show in the picture. Very skimpy and new looking. Each plant had 2-3 leaves and that is it. Very new and delicate. They were so dry that the dusty dry dirt shook out of their plastic containers into the box. I don't think they were roughed up, I just think that whoever is sending out the Basil is not taking the same care as the other plants. Basil needs a good watering and wrapped in plastic around the pot to keep the moisture in. Bonnie's should know this. The refund was easy though. Just go through the Chat Function.

Healthy plants :)
I've never been disappointed with an order from Bonnies, as long as you gently remove them from their packaging, water and place in the light for a few hours/a day before potting, they thrive. Great tip is to plant chamomile alongside other herbs. It increases the beautiful scent of culinary herbs. Really lovely, healthy plants, the growers/staff obviously know what they're doing.

Waste of money, again. Buy local.
Arrived bone dry and wilting. I watered them and then the next day they were still wilting and now had brown spots.Tried one more time and this is what arrived. 3 of 4. gone

Dead on Arrival - Replacements Offered!
Artived on time, but dead.UPDATE: Bonnie Plants is quick to respond to customer emails, they are working on a replacement for the Basil.It was probably Amazon's fault for carting them around in a hot truck all day. They were bone dry and completely wilted. They may have needed a bit more water before being shipped out .I ordered a different set of herbs from Bonnie Plants a few weeks ago and they arrived in fantastic condition. That's why I went ahead and got the Basil too, but it did not survive the shipping process during this hot weather.

More plant distributors need to take note on how these are packed!! Phenomenal!! Came in beautiful and already growing.

Very bad
The basil came in very poor condition. I opened the box the day I received them and the they were badly wilted. Watered them right away but they are not bouncing back. They are now all gone
