WOW this was a surprise miracle. I have had hormone imbalance issues since I was a teenager and have been for the better part of my life very self conscious of the dark pigmentation I would get in some places, most often around my neck and the back of my heels. It always made me feel like I was dirty or that I at the very least looked dirty to other people, like I had a ring of dirt around my neck I couldn't scrub off.Literally ONE use of this and it's GONE. It does eventually return but all it takes is a tiny bit of this and a little bit of rubbing and it just VANISHES. Absolutely phenomenal, so glad I found this.

Have been using for a few weeks now and impressed. I am fair with mild rosacea and some sun damage. Was wary after reading reviews on The Ordinary's website where some reported allergic reactions. My skin looks calmer, less blotchy and skin even feels tighter, no idea why that would be but it is (I am older so welcome tightening). Unusual product.

I bought this product after reading positive reviews. Well, I'm here to back those reviews up. Not only does my skin tone appear more even and glowing, I've noticed some of my old sun spots (that were quite prevalent in areas) have been fading away (I wasn't expecting that AT ALL). I have used many products claiming to do "wonderful things" that never pan out. This stuff is the real deal, and very reasonably priced. It's a great value for the money and I would definitely recommend this product 👌.

I’ve been a loyal fan of this brand for years, so when I saw they launched a new toner, I had to give it a try. The formula is gentle, and it didn’t irritate my skin, which I really appreciate. It has a subtle, refreshing scent that I enjoy, and I can definitely see it being suitable for those with sensitive skin.That said, I didn’t notice any major changes to my skin after using it for a few weeks. It didn’t seem to have the same visible brightening or pore-minimizing effects that other products from this brand have had on me in the past. It’s a fine toner, but it didn’t impress me as much as I expected based on my loyalty to the brand.Overall, it’s a good product if you're looking for something gentle and basic, but for me, it didn’t quite live up to the high standard I’ve come to expect from this brand. I’ll probably finish the bottle, but I’m not sure I’ll repurchase this particular one.

This right here I will buy again. Makes my skin feel soft. I actually love this.

I use the glucoside foaming cleanser and follow it up with this product (milky toner) and then if its AM I use the hyaluronic acid and then the salicylic acid and put on my facial lotion BUT if it's PM and the sun is setting like for night time routine I do the same steps but I switch out the salicylic acid for the niacinamide serum ! There is some reviews I've seen that say you shouldn't use their products if you have sensitive skin and I agree 100% I can't speak for those who have gotten a chemical burn from their products but if I constantly use it like everyday I do notice a burning sensation on my face but it will go away but I recommend to not use it every day unless you don't have that tingling feeling like I did! Do a patch test on your neck maybe or wrist and see but their products have been so great !!

Was skeptical to buy of Amazon but this product is the real deal .

I am loving The Ordinary skincare products! They are SO affordable and last a long time. I am enjoying this toner. It is very gentle and effective.
