Good product and customer service
The product seems well made, sturdy and was pretty simple to assemble. It took me a little over 3 hours to assemble the 12 x 20 size unit. The instructions were a little bit hard to follow but if you have any sense of how things go together they are adequate. The frame is solid and clicks together easily with lock buttons. The canvas appears heavy and durable. Doors on both ends are opened and closed by zippers. My unit had a dime size hole from a shipping accident. Not the sellers fault. The seller offered compensation that I used to get a high quality kit to patch the hole. The seller was quick to respond and helpful in correcting the problem. Hoping this unit lasts several years.

Should do the job, find out for sure during northeast winter.
Not sure how it will hold up yet in the Northeast windy harsh winter but we will find out. Definitely priced right, framing is good,I would suggest higher quality bolts with lock nuts for side frames in each corner, as this holds the sides tight and the nuts and bolts provided stripped very easy. Day after it was put up we had some high winds 15-25mph for about 24 hours and the tarp was holding up ok. MAKE SURE TO ANCHOR DOWN GOOD! ,this will blow away and it's not the manufacturers fault, the more anchors the better..will check back during Harsh lake erie winter..UPDATE. MADE IT THROUGH BUFFALO NY WINTER.Gotta say, this thing made it through a few 70 mph winter wind days and 5 feet of snow and some pretty heavy ice storms.. I only used tie downs to secure it cause I really only needed it for 2 months in fall. Great product for if put together correctly. Love it

Don’t know what’s worse, product, or customer service
Product is cheap, flimsy, the tarp is so thin when I hold the instructions against it I can read them through the material.Customer service is disgusting… It’s a prime order and I’m being required to pay the return shipping as well as a restocking fee for a product. That is crap…Steer clear of this company and any of its products, all it is going to do is cost you money

The instructions are less than useless
Materials were good and the garage went up in about 3 hours but the instructions are terrible! Had to repeat steps a number of times because the illustrations were worthless sometimes. Take your time and look at them very carefully before proceeding.

Fantastic customer support
Very easy to setup even alone. Perfect for temporary shelter from rain and light snow. I had a tree fall on one that bent some of the frame. I contacted the company and they are sending me replacement frame. Truly amazing customer support. The only issue is the wind, but I found that with solid ground anchor inside of the tent, the kind you can drill into the ground, and rachet strap to pull the frame down to the ground the tent survived 50 mph gust all night. I have them for 2 years and beside the tree falling everything is till great.

Easy Set Up
I read many complaints about the instructions for this storage unit. Just look them over first and follow the pictured instructions. That being said, I did not. Build the roof frame, install the first set of legs. Instead of putting the tarp on then, I opted to put the rest of the legs on and then pulled the tarp over the top. THEN...assemble the lower leg supports after sliding them through the pockets in the tarp. Took me about 3 hrs. to assemble completely with no help. It also took me another 4 hrs. to secure it down to asphalt with Bolt Hold asphalt anchors. Drilling 6 holes 8" deep into asphalt is no picnic. Seems strong and very secure, time will tell how the tarp holds up.

Go for the name brand
End tarps are tearing after 1 winter in northeast. I used bent rebar to drive into the ground to keep it tethered to the earth because the stuff supplied would’ve not been sufficient. Easy construction and I had all the parts required. But after less than 1 year she’s falling apart at the seams on the ends. Also, the door is difficult to roll by yourself. There is no bar that weighs the end pieces down, which is suspect in contributing to the tearing.

Seems like a good product. Really poor assembly instructions.
Have only had the unit up a little while. It seems like a well made item that should accomplish what I need it to which is short term storage for lumber. The aluminum supports appear to be sturdy and the canvas is substantial. I expect it will keep rain and snow off the things that I put in it. I have questions about the doors on the ends and how well the zippers will hold up but have not had time enough to really assess them. I do not intend for this to be portable so am placing this on a framework made up of wood pallets to which I have screwed the frame base plates. I most definitely do not this it would stand up well over time just pegged into the ground with the hardware provided. Above all, I DO NOT LIKE the assembly instructions! They are very inadequate. There is NOTHING written to let a person know how the tarp is to be mounted to the frame. For example, knowing that the rods at the bottom slide into pockets in the tarp is completely unmentioned. And if you intend to place this on any kind of foundation, you should plan on that being at least two feet wider and longer than the size stated because the building if definitely larger than the dimensions in the given for it. That is a problem when you have created a foundation based on that dimension. The assembly instructions say NOTHING about what size foundation should be made. I could go on but suffice it to say, assembly, while not a difficult process, depends on some intuitive skills rather than reliance on instructions.
