Perfect for soup or spaghetti sauce!
I ordered a couple of these in anticipation of making large batches of soup. They were just the right size. Sometimes you don’t know what the quality of the item is going to be when you buy it online, but these turned out to be something that I can use for a long time and throughout the year. I like making large batches of soup and sauce that I can prepare and freeze for easy meals during the year. these enable me to do that while also minimizing the mess on the stove from splatters.

Better than aluminum.
Heats evenly, cooks great, smaller than what I had in the past, but good, ample size and healthier than cooking with aluminum.

Nice pot for finishing maple syrup
I had previously purchased a slightly larger size of this same pot a couple of years ago for finishing maple syrup and decided I needed a 2nd for use after final filter before bottling. Just as on the previous pot, I drilled a hole and installed a ball valve. One thing I noticed is that this pan is slightly thicker than the other which is great. Don't get me wrong, these are cheap stainless pots not top chef quality but if you need real stainless pots that won't break the bank, these fit the bill.

Cheaply made but worked for my purposes
I was traveling to my son's home for Christmas and needed a large pot to make my turkey brine. This pot is cheaply made but worked for my purposes. The handles are riveted on and the overall quality of materials is moderate to low. It served its intended purpose for the trip.

Defective and poorly made! Corroded!
I know this is hard to see, but if you look closer, this pan clearly has some corrosion on the bottom. I purchased this off Amazon Resale. Never again.I think this might have been previously used because when I opened it, there was strange black stuff on the bottom of the pan.It is incredibly cheaply made, and if you have heavy metal sensitivity of any kind, avoid this product at all costs because it’s so poorly made, this metal is just going to flake off and get into your food. You see a little bit of moisture in the picture because I was gently taking a paper towel and trying to wipe it seeing if it might’ve just been a stain. The bottom is also very thin and will likely warp. It’s not even usable.

Makes a lot of soup
My daughter-in-law used it for the first time about a month ago and said it’s the first pot of soup she’s made where there was enough leftovers worth saving. She loves the size for a family of five 1 a tween, 2 teens and if course mom and dad. She loves it.When I unpacked it as it was to be a Christmas gift, the lid felt a little flimsy to me, my daughter-in-law has no complaints.
