So far so good
No weird taste or smell, no after taste either. So far so good. We make sure to take these with food, so no upset stomach either.

Not sure
Usually, I know that a vitamin makes a difference but with these, I just don't know.

Questionable Validity
I got these for my teenagers, as they eat a lot more junk now. Whole food vitamins are really expensive but these seemed to be affordable, and something is better than nothing, right? Not so sure... The color changed between my last order and this one, and we always crack them in half for the kiddo who can't swallow larger pills. In previous batches, this vitamin was white on the inside (bleached or no nutrients) and yellow on the outside (which I think was a dye to mimic the yellow urine after a real whole food vitamin). Now they're a more mottled color on the inside and outside, but the two do not match. I take a whole food vitamin made in the USA (in my home state actually) and found it made a huge difference for me. So I decided to put the two vitamins side-by-side. Pics attached show the Pure Nutrition multi (with blue arrows) on either side of the Mega Food whole food vitamin I've taken for years for comparison. Add all these factors together with the fact that they're manufactured in Mumbai, India, and I'm not even sure I trust what's in them. I won't be buying these again and will probably just buy the brand I usually use, even if they're more expensive.

Nothing to write home about
This is a standard multi-vitamin. I've been taking a similar product for years from a name brand but wanted to give this a shot to see if I'd see any improvement. I rarely get sick, but I did get sick 2 weeks after I started using these so I don't think they are as powerful as the type of the things I see at major brick and mortar retailers. 3 stars for me since I got sick. Easy to swallow and no real taste to speak of

Average multivitamin
I can't really say how well these work without a full blood test but I did donate blood and my iron was still good enough to do a double red donation but my iron is usually good anyways so I can't say if it was the vitamins or if I would have had a good reading anyways. Just average for me. No adverse reactions.
