The quality of these cutting boards is great! We needed to have ours replaced and these are definitely better. We just need to remember to hand wash only!

Very nice looking boards that are easy to wash. Only downside is the amount of food that gets stuck in the cut out borders.

I got the three cutting board sizes and I love them! It’s very easy to cut anything in these, even to cut meat out of the grill, it wont spill out of the cutting board!

Initially I thought it was not very thick...But a week later, I think it's absolutely fine.I use a lot of bamboo stuff, but this is the first cutting board. It's made of 3 layers thickness, like plywood is, but bamboo will be FAR more durable. I've done a bit of slicing and chopping, with no sign of use at all on the surface.At half the cost of materials to make my own cutting board, it's also a great value.
