Do not buy.. After using this product for 6 months have noticed zero change in anything beside the sheet no longer fits on my 13 in mattress properly. Sheet only goes maybe 3/4 of the way onto the mattress and is constantly having to be pulled back down on the mattress. Only washed it in cold water on gentle and dried it on low heat. It has def shrunk and the material is rough. Tossing it into the rag pile...

Definitely helps with grounding and we sleep so much better. I can’t tell you why it works, but this sheet with a grounding mat, gives us a great nights rest. Glad we got it!

This product seemed to work well for what it is advertised. However I didn’t consider that I have an allergic reaction to nickel and possibly other metals and it’s not uncommon. Nothing against the product but maybe something to consider if you have similar allergies

After a few washes my sheet did not fit as well as in the beginning..it somehow enlarged but I did put it in the dryer each time so my suggestion would be to hang dry it and see if that prevents it from changing sizes..otherwise I’m quite pleased with it

I really like the concept and benefits of it. When this product came in a plastic zipper bag with instructions for connecting the wired electrode to the bed and outlet, it was very easy to install. It felt comfortable and I noticed I was able to fall asleep faster.

I was so excited to try these sheets. I read many reviews and was extremely hopeful. I have not noticed any changes in my sleep (as I write this at 3:36 AM). I am extremely disappointed I spent so much money on sheets that do nothing and aren’t a special material at all.

Wake up rested without pain even after hard physical work the day before.
