Nice and large
I use serving trays daily and really like the size of this one. It's larger and sturdier than my old tray, making it much more useful. This tray can carry a lot! I use it for more than eating though, as it's a great way to move things from my pantry to my countertops and vice versa. It's a very nice tray.

Beautiful tray
This tray is a beautiful new addition to my decor. It is sturdy and functional, but also can be used to hold decorative accents when not using as a tray. Love it! Very versatile! Great value!

Gorgeous natural wood serving tray
So I needed something to sit on my wrought iron ottoman that I no longer had a cushion for. It sits outside under a covered patio and does not get direct sunlight. I love how the tray was packaged so securely and well. It’s well made and I am so pleased with my purchase. I did not notice the price went up from when I bought it but I think there is a $6 off coupon available to offset.

A must have!
Such a beautiful, all purpose tray. Love using it to serve snacks on the deck. Also super handy to use for a fancy breakfast in bed or as a center piece on the table.

Beautiful framing wood, generously sized, large hand cutouts
Joy&Grace 20 Inch Ottoman Tray for Living Room, Extra Large Wooden Serving Tray with Handles, Coffee Table Tray Rustic Decorative Tray for Breakfast in Bed, Dinner Food Kitchen TV, Natural 20"x14"The tray comes shipped in a retail marked recyclable cardboard box. Inside the box, the tray is padded with bubble wrap around the tray and non-recyclable styrofoam pieces inside the tray to keep it from shifting. The back of the box has information from the manufacturer as well as instructions and a “caution ". Their caution recommends that you use a soft cloth to wipe the surface, avoiding rough cloths or scrubbing pads and strong chemicals. As the tray is made from "natural" wood, they caution you not to submerge the tray in water or leave it in a damp environment for extended periods. When not in use, store the tray in a dry place away from extreme heat, moisture, or direct sunlight. They also congratulate themselves for using eco-friendly packaging. (I disagree with their claim, because of the styrofoam inside. Many areas, including mine, do not accept styrofoam for recycling, so it will end up in a dump somewhere.)Looking at the tray itself, the handles on the ends are generously cut for a good grip. I have large hands and I was able to easily get four fingers into the grip cutout. Interestingly, the bottom of the tray is cut with slots across the base, the tray is not smooth. At first glance it appears like old style paneling or pieces of wood set in the bottom, while it's only one large piece of wood. In spite of [or in defiance of] the instructions to make sure to dry the wood thoroughly when wiping, the grooves on the top serve to collect moisture, as a quick wipe of the tray was unable to wipe it dry, because of grooves in the top. The bottom of the tray has a slightly inset frame with four rubber dots at the corners to allow it to set gently on your shelf or countertop. I'm kind of scratching my head as to why they put the grooves on the inside and not on the bottom if they were going to. [ A family member suggested that the grooves in the top were there to draw moisture away from items that you've set inside it, like a sweating cup or something similar, but then the moisture sits in the grooves in the wood[?] and I feel it will increase the likelihood of water damage to the wood itself, as the grooves are not smooth and are not finished.] Despite their efforts to increase friction inside. (Using the grooves?) The inside area of the tray is very smooth and tends to allow dishes and cups to move and slide. We compensated for this tendency by putting a rubber shelf liner in the bottom of the tray cut to match the inner dimensions of the tray. This does help hold dishes from sliding side to side, but detracts from the beauty of the wood. I think they've made a mistake going with these grooves in the bottom. I don't think they're attractive, and as far as I can tell they serve no functional purpose.
