A Great Band for Rehabilitation
I found this product while watching a YouTube video by Ryan Humiston. He demonstrates how to use this heavy band to reset shoulder, hip, knee and ankle joints to improve one's mobility for strength training. I follow his instructions with this product and have had great success using it.

No todas las bandas son iguales
Con estas bandas me doy cuenta que no todas las bandas de latex son iguales. La distribución de la resistencia de estas bandas al estirarlas se siente diferente. Es una curva de fuerza más gradual. Todas las demás que he usado, que al parecer son moldeadas, no hechas en capas como estas, el salto en la resistencia es más brusco. También como son más cortas, ofrecen buena resistencia durante todo el movimiento. No vuelvo a comprar bandas moldeadas. Busquen que las bandas tengan una juntura como en un rollo de cinta adhesiva.
