THE NORTH FACEMen's Hedgehog Fastpack 3 Waterproof Hiking Shoes

I have been wearing North Face shoes for a really long time. Good quality and fit. Exceptional waterproof materials.

These are super comfortable walking/hiking shoes. They offer great support. This is my 4th or 5th pair to give you an idea of how much I like them

I wear size 13 in most shoes; sometimes that size is slightly big, usually on width. I ordered size 13 of these shoes, and with medium weight wool socks, my toes are impacting the end ends of the shoes. The width is fine (I have pretty normally wide feet, but narrow heels)but the length seems to be a little short of a typical size 13. If your toes are touching the ends on level ground, they're going to be getting smashed when you're hiking on a decline. I like the shoe otherwize, but it just doesn't fit.

These were absolutely great especially for that price, I am a 10 and a half but usually wear an 11 and the 10 and a house were on sale for $50 less and even though I read reviews that said they ran small I took the chance and they do not run small for me at all and I'm used to wearing a bigger shoe size. I actually use them with my e-bike and wanted a waterproof option that was lightweight and the these fit the bill perfectly.

The laces keep coming off, and they're hard to tie because the laces will not stay in the plastic hooked eyelets. I don't like wearing them for this reason. I have to re-tie the boots multiple times per day because the laces fall off the eyelets. The use of metal hooked eyelets, which grab and hold onto the laces are better than these plastic ones. In my opinion, this was a poor design choice. Similarly, the shoes I've purchased from North Face in the past were of better quality. These boots are primarily made of synthetic materials. It seems doubtful that this shoe will hold up over time; yet the price is relatively high. I will not be buying North Face online again. If I do purchase the brand again, I'll have to try it on in a store so I can confirm the quality. My recommendation is that you not buy this shoe.

I have used North Face hedgehog for a number of years for trail walking and have been pleased. I love having a waterproof shoe outside for puddles and very wet grass. I don’t like wet feet. Last pair developed hole in the uppers, which has never happened before so I hope that just an anomaly. I think these fit a little looser than previous models but are comfortable and have good grip when wet so I’m okay. I also think that the arch support feels a little better than than the old model. I would buy again unless they don’t hold up
