The digital readout doesn't work right. I'm trying to find a customer phone number to get assistance, but l can't find one. Can anyone find it?

I’d have given this 5 stars if it hadn’t arrived defective. Something is disconnected at the pedals because it does not read speed or distance. Everything else on the monitor works fine. It was relatively easy to put together, it’s a nice small size and easy to fold up. I still use it but it was a bummer the speed and distance won’t read.

I have had this bike about a month now it it was well worth the price. Easily able to move it around my room. Saves us tons of space. It is quiet so when I want to wake up early and work out before my husband wakes up. The resistance is no joke! It works and it was very easy to assemble.

The media could not be loaded. So the bike works, the resistance bands are great. The computer doesn’t work right, though. It almost never registers when I’m on it.There was a minor cosmetic issue (some scratches on the front) and for some reason one of the bags that was used to for shipping had black sand in it, which did get on my carpet. Overall, a good bike. Seat isn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve sat on, but it’s ok. I love the back rest. But the computer not working really sucks.

First, the assembly was not super easy. In particular, adding the arm tension- pulls (not sure what to call them) was a super pain in the butt. Second, the knob/pins to adjust the bike are awful. They seem to work fine the first time, but every time I had to use them afterward required a lot of pulling, adjusting, screwing, just to get it to move. At one point, one of them "broke". I retrieved all the parts and re-screwed it back together and put it back in. It works but I'm wary of it reoccurring. As a bike it works OK. My wife uses it pretty much daily. She wishes the seat were more comfortable. The electronic display is not great but you need to reset it each time you use it to start from zero, or else no matter how much time has lapsed since the last use it will pick right up from that point and continue. Also, my wife claims she tested the computer by pedaling the same amount of time on two different resistance settings and it said she burned less calories in the harder setting, so the accuracy of its numbers may be fishy.

Takes a while to put together and can be a pain ,but it's not hard to do at all.Works perfectly fine and smooth peddling,and it's foldable, nice.Feels strong enough for sure.Hey,for the cost this is a bargain,get it .
