10/10 quality and price
Tried many knee guards, had issues with knee guards tearing holes in my pants and being uncomfortable. These are very comfortable and don’t damage my pants anymore. I like them a lot

So Comfortable
This is a softshell knee pad. I use them for mountain biking. These are very similar to the G-Form E-Line knee pads. I love them both. The G-Form E-Lines offer slightly more protection in a wreck, while the EVS TP199s are slightly more comfortable. But the G-Forms are still very comfortable. The EVS are slide on, while the G-Forms are completely strap on. They're both great. Can't beat the comfort level of these EVSs though. In terms of sizing, my height said get small/medium and my weight said L/XL. I got the sm/med and they fit great. I will say that my calves measure 16.5" and I don't need to tighten the bottom strap at all. My thighs are about 22.5" and the top strap is a bit on the small side but still fits well enough. The velcro on the G-Forms is STRONG. VERY hard to undo. The velcro on the EVS TP199s isn't nearly as strong, but it's strong enough and they are also slide-on, so the velcro doesn't need to be as strong.I also tried the Dakine Agent 0/0 knee pads, and both EVS and G-Forms were much better in terms of fit, technology, and protection. All in all I really like these TP199 Lites. I will add that if you're wanting a hard shell knee pad, neither of these are it. For something hard shell to downhill and dirt jump with, I prefer the Fox Titan Pro D30 pads. They bend really well with your knees and offer excellent cushion on impact.

Best Yet
I have always bought the expensive knee pads that are hinged at the knee and they have never stayed put while out on a ride. Or, the bigger problem is the buckle, strap, clip, or whatever breaks, falls off, etc. The list goes on. I saw these on Amazon and thought Travis knows my pain, he's got to have this figured out and sure enough he does have it sorted. They stay put all day long, provide good protection and there are no buckles, straps, or clips to break or fall apart. Just slide them on and ride. As it should be!

Saved a trip to hospital
These pads protected me from possible stitches and severe bruising. As others have mentioned they are lightweight, comfortable, and flexible. I wore mine directly on my skin and no issues. Great product and worth the money. I only wish I had ones with some chin guarding. :)

Best knee pad I've owned
I've owned many knee pads between moto and mountain biking. These are by far the most comfortable, best-fitting knee pads I've owned. They barely need any strap tightness and they stay perfectly in place. They did leave a hot spot or two behind my knee while they were getting broken in (without wearing tights). Impressed.

Fit great and are very comfortable when paired with the leg sleeves you can get to go under them.
Pinch a little before purchasing the under sleeves.
