Just got the fountain today, so far so good. Package arrived a week earlier than expected on Amazon arrival date. I'm 65 years old, but in pretty good shape and strong. I was able to move it myself, but it is bulky and takes some effort to move it. It looks really nice and seems built well. No instructions included, but you don't need to be a genius to figure it out. In the back there is a small opening to pull the light cord out and hose. The included pump you just slide the hose all the way on and place it on the inside water tank bottom. Then slide the back cover on, space is cut out for electric cords. Clean the piece off of any residual styrofoam that might be there. Put the top plate on the top of fountain. Then just fill the bottom well with water until it fills the storage well full. I plugged the unit in and it worked perfectly, lights all lit. The pump does have a dial on it to adjust water rate incase it needs adjusting, I set mine to half way which works well. The sound of the water is very good and relaxing, I added blue food color to the water, as I am not a fan of white lights for water displays and want to keep the look a little more mysterious at night. Overall, I like this fountain and at this point, would say you will really like it! Will check for any leaks, I have it outside and its raining so can't really tell, but it's been going for over an hour and no sign of losing water.

When I sit on my patio it is so calming to hear the gentle running water and watch the dancing lights from the water. It has completed the oasis of peace I was building on my patio. I also get the same calming effect when watching from inside my home. I highly recommend this fountain. It is well made and promises many hours of enjoyment. The water flow is perfect and adjust wel with no leakage. It was easy to install. It is a great value for the money.

I purchased this and it arrived more quickly than expected. It looks exactly as advertised -- a quality product. It didn't end up suiting the space I wanted it for, which I probably should have realized before I bought it. Returning a very large and expensive product like this can be tricky but the company was super responsive and helpful and issued me a full refund. It feels rare today to get the kind of responsiveness and attention I did from this company. I trust that if something had been or gone wrong with the product they would have been there to address it properly.

The fountain is excellent and runs and operates very well. The only issue I have is that the lighting is not golden as advertised but came to us as a more white light. Great product!

The media could not be loaded. Love my fountain. So easy to put together. Had a little trouble getting the pump to stick to the bottom of the fountain, bu nothing major. The sound is so nice when sitting on my porch and I love looking at it. It arrived earlier than the delivery date provided. Very pleased with everything and would highly recommend

Love the fountain. Two of the lights (at the top) are faulty. Not sure if there's a good way to replace them since I'm not sure you can reach all the way up inside it to access them.

Perfect and the planter on top comes off and really works and drains down the back of the fountain. They should show more of it in the pictures its one of the best things about this one over the 6 other ones I have.

Fountain is leaking and returning it is a hassle. I also found these loose items inside the Fountain upon arrival.
