Best thing I thought were the cards. Especially for beginners, so they can learn Pilates and exercise moves, without the need for a video or looking up to find out how to properly work out.

This seems to be created by a trainer and not a Pilates instructor. Other than that it is fine. But not what expected.

I'm trying to find ways to incorporate exercise into my daily routine at home without having to put a lot of effort into getting ready and going to the gym. I thought this was a nice set that wouldn't take up a ton of room like a weight set would and I could just grab it and do a few exercises. Looks like it should fit that bill. I like the cards that came with it and will try and find some videos too. Recommend as one of the more inexpensive ways to get some resistance training.

This pilates kit includes a bar, 2 hand grips, two foot straps, a door jam block, 6 rubber bands, a set of exercise cards and an inspirational bracelet. It’s easy to put the pieces together and eady to follow the exercise cards. I look forward to getting lots of use out if this!
