Excellent packaging. All parts included. Parts labeled. Instructions clear and easy to follow. Easy to put together. All parts go together nicely. Tools included. Nuts have the nylon insert (a bonus!) Wheels snap in easily. Very nice and well thought out design.

Easy to put together just not sure I want to put my village houses on it. Maybe for light weight things.

It takes 2 people to put this together because of the units stability, an extra set of tools was needed to get this put together.The directions were not detailed enough, leading to confusion and frustration. We will not be ordering any more.Pros: It's has sturdy wheels.

This fits anywhere and being portable help when you need t relocate it

This is just the right size of storage shelf to get tucked away in a closet or in a smaller space. I would consider this a medium duty shelf, not a heavy duty, which is perfectly fine for my purposes. It's WAY easier if you have two people to put together - a second person to hold shelves steady as the other person screws things in. The wheels are very sturdy and pop and lock nicely into the legs. The shelf is packaged incredibly well so there should be no scratches or dents upon receiving. This shelf does fold, but it's not like other shelves I've purchased that are almost completely assembled when you get it out of the box. This unit has to be put together each shelf at a time. So keep that in mind. Probably priced a smidge high in my opinion because of how much time it takes to put together (took about an 45mins) with two people, but it is well made and everything fit together perfectly.

Small and flimsy. Difficult to assemble, unclear instructions.

This was frustrating to build, the instructions aren’t very clear and the shelf bars collapse easily while putting together. I got confused with which direction the bars were supposed to go and had to do the middle shelf over.The metal warps easily so be careful when tightening the screws and bolts in place. The grey coating also chips easily.This shelf isn’t what I expected for being heavy duty. It’s lightweight, flimsy and small, I can’t even think of what to put on it yet, it’s for my garage but everything I have requires a real heavy duty shelf with more shelf space. This is for small items or appliances.There are only two wheel stoppers and they’re so small that it’s difficult to lock and unlock. It also doesn’t wheel easily.I like that it can fold up and pack away if needed, that feature works great because it’s easy to do.I wouldn’t have ordered this if I had known it wasn’t great quality, I have other shelves that are much more sturdy, durable and useful. This is average and not worth the price in my opinion.
