They are not Phonak small. Less than 4mm. They would not be good for even a little child.

Good fit & sound
Like these better than what Costco supplies.Good sound and don't clog easily.I change mine once a month just to be safe, so these are cost effective.

Good dome, bad packaging.
The quality of these domes is good, but they are unecessarily difficult to get out of the packaging. The cardboard is quite stiff, and the tear perforations are not all the way through the cardboard backing, making the removeable piece tear in half every time. Other than that irritation, they are a useable, comfortable dome.

Works like the original parts that came with my hearing aids
These plugs worked just like the ones that came with my hearing aids. Very satisfied. Fit in my ears well, we're reasonably easy to replace when they were clogged.
