Wish there was more than one color available, but regardless, very pleased with purchase. Cute item and works for what it is designed to do.

This is a very cute dustpan, and the appearance doesn't disappoint in person.However, it's not the nicest to use. The handle is very short, so it isn't easy to hold, and maneuver, and the handler is at the top/front of the dustpan, so if you hang it on a hook, the decorated side is too the wall.I got this because it looked cute, and would make a nice little gift, and it does all that. But if you want a dustpan you will be using regularly, I would look elsewhere.

This dustpan is more form than function. It looks super cute and the molding on the plastic is done to a high quality. The color is very cool as a pop of color in our kitchen. The dustpan works ok for small messes, but it was clearly not designed to be a great dustpan. It was designed to be a cute dustpan and that’s why we got it. I would recommend this if you want something that looks really cute and does an ok job at brushing up small messes.

It's hard to miss with Fred. I've been a fan for years, because Fred is where fun and function intersect. Hey, Fred: you can use that.Anyway: I had two things here. It's durable and lightweight - meaning you can use this for small, wispy clean ups. Thick plastic, and the brush skull (grrrr, scary) clicks right into the dustpan thing. But the nylon is light so you aren't gonna want to tax it hard.Ok, so first thing: You have to reach in under the bristles to get it to pop out of the pan. If there's another way, please do a video to show me. So you'll want to keep those bristles clean, because you'll be touching them often.Second thing: With the hang hole at the front of the dustpan holder, the nail or hook will have to be long off your wall for this to hang flat. I can't see how that could have been avoided with the design, but it is what it is. Just so you notice that.It arrives really nicely, or did in my case, and just as pictured, absolutely giftable for someone who is into sugar skulls or just plain fun.I love it. I almost want to make a small mess, purely to clean it up.5 stars, great family fun.

Genuine Fred makes a lot of clever items, but I could justify ordering this because it’s both day-brightening and functional. It’s small enough to pack in our camping supplies and I used it this past weekend on a car camping trip to sweep the leaves off the entry tarp and sweep the tent out before packing it. The “handle”/head is easy to grasp and maneuver using the eye holes. The bristles are a good stiffness and length for sweeping small areas or using longer strokes. Despite a lack of rubber strip on the end of the dustpan, I think it did a better job capturing the small particles I swept onto it than my dollar store set (which has a rubber strip) did. The broom clips into the pan securely, something that annoyed my spouse because it’s not so easy to grab the brush quickly when it’s snapped in, but I like that feature for storage. I added a string through the nail hole so we could hang it more easily. I was happy with its performance in our camp setting, and it may have earned a permanent home in our camping supplies.
