I did reach out to customer service and they returned my e-mail and said they would send it but I had already ordered it on my own for $10.This hairdryer is heavier than others I’ve had but it has more features like controlling the heat temperature, wind speed, and a lock button so you don’t have to hold the cold air continuously. I have very fine wavy hair that is prone to frizzing out so I use a defuser and this one does not blow out your waves and curls!! I even turned up the wind speed and it still just dries the curl without too much frizz and movement which is awesome!! The concentrator attachment (that I bought) is also nice and precise for the roots. These attachments are magnetic and can be switched out very easy and haven’t fallen off at all! I don’t know how long it will last, hairdryers usually last two years for me. So far I like this one .. just the weight of it I’ll have to get used to.

I’ve had this over a week now so I can review with some knowledge. It does cut my drying time in half. It’s SO powerful I’ve had to learn how to style my hair. I would highly recommend.

This blow dryer gives me what I was looking for. I've not seen one like it with so many choices and a digital screen. The color settings to indicate the heat amount are great.

The Slopehill ion hair dryer really caught my heart. Its material is very obvious and not plastic, it looks very nice. I bought a Tymo digital hair dryer, and I think its functions are similar, so I am willing to keep this hair dryer at a lower price.
