This supplement works well. Been using it for about 60 days now and could feel a difference within the first 30. I take several other supplants and this one is a nice compliment. It helps with energy levels and and I feel like my skin isn’t as dry. So far so good. No weird aftertaste and easy to swallow. Good value for the money. I will continue to make this a part of my daily routine.

I added this to my supplement routine to aid in hormonal balancing. I am taking a half dose at the moment and I think it was a good addition to the regimen because it's naturally sourced. I'm still working on consistency in general, but I feel like it is effective. No side effects for me. I'll buy it again!
