LIFESAVER!
I don't have a shower stall, but rather a tub shower, which I hate getting out of. Being older now, I can't raise my leg to get out without stabbing pain. I've almost fallen a few times, but since I've put these up, they work wonders. Just make sure that they are stable enough when installing them. Installation is a breeze and takes less than 5 minutes. Make sure that you have them flat so the suction works properly. The've saved me from falling out of the tub many times since I've had them. I even bought a set for my sister and brother-in-law to use in their showers.

Supports a large person getting out of the tub
I put this on my tub but the top of my tub was smaller than the suction cup so I couldn’t use on top. Put it on the upper inside of tub and it was able to support our weight until it started slipping down. I was scared to use it after that because it is made more for the top do the tub. I wish I could find one with smaller suction cup. The accepted my return and refunded my money. Great customer service.

So easy to install even an old guy can do it!
Seriously these are a must for anyone over the age of 29. Well I feel like I am 29 because I feel safer to have something to grab on to while getting in and out of the shower. Ya know when you get over 29 it is always best to be safe from slip sliding away. At any rate, these are a nice quality and install very easy and stay secure. Just a side note, make sure that before you ever install these that your shower wall is completely smooth and secure and especially make sure there is no soap residue or build up, the surface must be absolutely clean where you place the suction cups or they could come off. I do however each time I get in and out of the shower, as I am a very cautious 29 year old (plus several decades) I like to test the strength of these to make sure they are in place before I completely depend upon them with my weight as I am getting in and out, just to make sure they are secure before I accidentally take a trip to somewhere I did not plan on going! I like the size of these and they feel very strong and stay in place so far. No complaints. They make me feel better that I will make it to 30! All kidding aside, these are a good product and I really do recommend these!

Meant for very smooth walls
Caution: These bars are meant for very (very) smooth walls. Acrylic, porcelain, glass, or similar they will work but anything with the least bit of texture causes them to fail.

Good option when drilling is not an option.
These were easy to install in the shower. They make an excellent point for stability. I definitely recommend double checking them every time they will be used however as they do loosen over time. For a relatively low cost option however I love the usefulness.

Shower Suction Grab Bars for Seniors: works great IF you don't touch the seal tab
We got these "Shower Grab Bars for Seniors, 250BL Shower Handles for Elderly Suction, Safety Heavy Bathtubs Grab Bars 2PCS Handicap Grab Bars Support for Bathroom/Showers/Toilet" for my mom to use in case of emergency in the shower, so she feels more confident. I am always a little leery of anything that uses suction cups, but this product had good reviews and looked well made, so we decided to give them a try. Here's what we found out.We installed one on a clean, dry, shower surround that has no seam. I think it was easy to do, but it requires some strength to close the black button/lever that fixes the seal. My husband had to do it for us.Now, in the photo above, you will see the handle in place before we closed the buttons. Of course, you must close the buttons to complete the seal. Look closely at the photo and you will see a small, white tab. After you have closed the button, do not touch that tab. It will break the seal.Once we got the buttons securely pushed down and we did not touch the tab or white plastic around it, we were good to go. The handle feels very secure and I feel good about my mom using it.We do recommend testing the handle, without touching the seal or messing with the buttons, whenever you enter the shower, just to make sure that the handle is secure in case you need it in an emergency. This seems to be a simple aftermarket fix for installing a handle on a shower surround.

Strong lasting grip!
I've honestly never seen section cups hold as strongly and for as long as these. I picked this up for a friend who was having surgery and It's been used every day for three plus weeks. It's still hanging on the wall and it will still take my whole weight. I check it every day and it's perfect. I'm really impressed with these. Five stars easy.

Fantastic and so helpful
These are amazing and so helpful in the shower. The overall stick is great! For the most part it sticks on the shower wall for quite a long time. Remember, this isn't something that is a permanent fixture and can come off, so still use caution. But have a good confidence that this will assist you in getting in and out of the shower with good grip. We loved that this came as a two pack, so we can leave one at home and have one for travel and take with us when needed anywhere.
