Chose the right one, thankfully. I am 5'10 and it works for me perfectly. Great for my home workouts. Take a close look at the length measurement, if you're tall. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with this bench. It was very easy to assemble, does not slide, and has many different notches including beyond 180 degrees.

I ordered this because my apartment gym closed down and I had limited room in my apartment. It's very sturdy and pretty easy to build. I really love how little space the bench takes up when you fold it. You just pull out 2 pins and take off the front screw below the seat. When I'm done working out and not using it, I simply fold the bench and tuck it underneath my bed. I'm very satisfied with this bench. It's sturdy enough for my workout needs and out of sight when I need it to be.

Great bench for the price. Perfect for average height person. The ability to fold easily for storage is the biggest selling point, though I wish there are spots to hold the.2 rods and knob after folding.

Very easy to assemble. It is sturdy, durable and very comfortable to use. I like the 3 heights and the 8 angles option to create different configurations. The adjustable anti-slip foot cap provides stability so you feel secure that it will not slip or move while using the bench.
