Sampler & Antique Needlework Quarterly Collection 1991-2015 CD-ROM – CD, November 1, 2016

I have subscribed to Sampler & Antique Needlework Quarterly forever. Well, maybe not for that long. But I eagerly look forward to each of the issues that cross my threshold every 3 months. I read every word. The pictures are luscious. The authors are expert in their field. Each magazine costs about $7 (I think that was true even two decades ago) so the annual subscription is about $28. If you shell out just a little more for the CD you get TEN YEARS' worth!! So, so worth it. And 21 magazines (granted, they're thin as far as needlework magazines go) all fitting into this tiny space...well...it doesn't even take up any physical space because you can download the whole disc onto your computer and enjoy it at your leisure.I just binge-read a whole bunch of issues and what's so great about seeing it on my large monitor is that I can zoom in as much as I want. It's illuminated, so the text is easier to read. The close-ups I can see on the photos are truly lovely.I have a bunch of these magazines organized in binders (not binders full of women...binders full of women's art....) and a bunch of issues rambling around my craft room. Here, I can systematically go through every issue. Or I can zip back and forth from one mag to the next as I so choose.I have hundreds of needlework books and especially love studying samplers. I've been to the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. I'm preparing a lecture on the history of samplers for a local museum. This edition will greatly help my research.Excellent, excellent product.

If you enjoy stitching samplers this dvd is awesome. They have put Each magazine on in its entirety, so plenty of patterns and also lots of advice. Plus they look at an historical sampler in each issue.

Many hours of enjoyment looking at these past issues of the Sampler and Antique Needlework Quarterly Collection 1991-2015. Format makes it possible to print patterns and directions for samplers in past issues. So happy to have found it.

What’s not to love about having this collection?!? Eye candy from start to finish!!!

I have wanted this since 2015! Was able to get it at a Fantastic price and it was exactly what I had hoped it would be. Each issue is exactly as it was when in paper form.

This is 80 full magazines in pdf format. The magazine is beautiful and has really pretty patterns. Many samplers the size these issues have or split between two magazines can easily cost $30 or more. I’ve seen old copies of this magazine sell used for $10-15 per issue. This is a cherished addition to my digital Pattern library. I can read them with ease on my iPad with Books or GoodNotes app. I loaded them into my iCloud from the disc so I can read them easily on my devices. My only regret is that I waited about a year before I finally decided to purchase this. It’s a shame they no longer publish this magazine.

This is amazing value for money when you look at how many cross stitch patterns you have, plus all of the background infromation. Customer service was also excellent.

Brilliant way to get the collection of out of print magazines at an affordable price, rather than at extortionate second hand prices.

Ce DVD contient les revues difficilement accesibles aujourd'hui avec de superbes samplers. Dommage que certaines années ne soient pas présentes dans ce DVD dont les samplers étaient magnifiques. Un manque dont je n'en compredns pas la raison. Toutefois, envoi très soigné, le DVD est arrivé sans aucun dommage. Un grand merci pour le sérieux de votre site.

クロスステッチ初心者です。先に販売された2001-2010を買って、素晴らしかったのでこちらも予約購入しました。なんとなく1991-2000の10年分のPDFが収まっていると思っていましたが、半分くらいしか収まっていませんでした。著作権の問題でもあって未収録なのか、単に私の手元に届いたDVDに不備があるのかわかりませんのでレビューを書いてみました。とはいえ、内容は素晴らしいので☆４です。
