I can’t praise this supplier enough, they were amazing at getting the product to me on time for Mums funeral. Communication and service was fabulous. I did replace the candles for my own scented ones but even then, I felt the the product added a beautiful touch at a difficult time (as it was a COVID funeral, we sent the candles to family unable to attend). Even by replacing the candles, I still felt the product was great value for money

Prompt attentive service tags are lovely bags looked tatty needed all the bits of cotton snipping off to m are them more presentable. Was frightened when cutting out that I would cut one of the tags, a spare couple of tags would give you a buffer if you ruined one in error.

These are beautiful. Had a mistake on date but the. Customer service was excellent. Turned them around again so quickly and sent me extra at no cost. Highly recommend. Great touch at a funeral they loved them.
