Had been looking endlessly for a replacement bagless cylinder vacuum cleaner and came across Duronic. Liked what I read so placed my order which arrived the next afternoon. Well packaged and everything was in perfect condition. Assembled everything in a few minutes and then tried it out. Fantastic suction for a small vacuum, easy to move around, not very noisy. It has two heads, one a turbo for longer pile carpets. Dust container holds a lot and its easy to empty and clean the filters. Overall really impressed. Had a couple of questions which were answered by Duronic very quickly and satisfactorily. Customer service counts! Highly recommend this little vacuum, great value for money. They are giving the big guys a run for their money!

I bought this hoover few months ago and so far I'm happy with it , even through I use it just twice a week as a have a cordless hoover for quick clean too.This hoover is lightweight just 4.5kg and so easy to carry and move around the house .It has 5 metre retractable power cable but I found it quite short so you will need to change it often or use an extension lead if you don't have socket enough.To make cleaning even easier, it has two carry handles which ensure you have a good grip to be able to move the vacuum anywhere you need to. It has four attachments so you'll be enable to clean every part of your home with ease: 1) floor brush for hard flooring and short pile carpets, 2) turbo brush for deeper pile carpets, 3) crevice nozzle for reaching into small spaces, 4) upholstery brush for cleaning fabrics, furniture, in the car and on the stairs. The 1.5M hose is extendable and allows you to reach further and the telescopic pole allows the user to find the ideal height for them.I have long hair and we have a cat too, it picks up the hair pretty good because of the head with strong brush attached and it suck quite hard .Before I owed a miele C3 cats and dogs which obviously was great but broke withing one year.Now I can't and wouldn't be fair to complete over £300 hoover with £64.99 I paid for this.When i bought it price was £64.99 that is great value and would pay again for it that amount but no more than that.

Bought this to replace an ageing Phillips hard surface cleaner. First impressions as it emerged from the box was of a quality built product - belying its very reasonable price tag. Easy to assemble and use. Impressed that it included two brush heads - one with a 'turbo'. The performance on both carpets and hard floors is impressive - at times the suction is almost too good and it is necessary to open the valve at the top of the handle to lower the suction pressure. And it is so quiet !! Although heavier than my old cleaner it is still highly manoeuvrable. I watch with a mixture of fascination and horror as I see the dirt collecting in the clear container at the top of the machine - and emptying it afterwards is very simple. Overall very pleased with the machine with no reservations about recommending it to others

I bought this Vacuum after my previous vacuum-with-a-face burned out. Early thoughts:Pros: Incredibly powerful suction, particularly with the turbo-head supplied. On short-haired carpets, mats and hard floors, it is easily the best vacuum I have had at bringing up embedded hairs and smaller fluff. Very light to carry around, and easy to remove and clean out. It's also small so easy to store.Cons: Very few so far. If anything, I would say that the lead is shorter than hoped, although the telescopic head helps with this. It is also slightly difficult to remove the head once it is on, so using the vacuum to remove spiders webs etc, can be a little tricky.But overall, really effective and great value for money. Very happy.

When i first bought this vacuum cleaner i thought it was great as it was compact and looked tidy. I am not the most frequent vacuumer but have used this several times over the last 12 months. I am used to Hoover or Dyson but after my ex took the Dyson I thought I would give this a go as it has good reviews. I have found the appliance to be very poor, it has about as much power as a dying man’s handshake, it does not pick up fluff and hair on the carpet. I have a long haired dog and i have to manually pick up the hair after shuffling around with rubber soled shoes on. The tools are cheap plastic and 2 of them have broken with minimal use. It does move nicely around the floor and i like the cable feature but i would not buy this vaccum cleaner again. I found the carpet tool almost useless and had to use the vinyl floor tool on the carpet, this was very hard work and was almost like a gym workout trying to clean the carpet. I think i have given this a fair crack of the whip over the last year but for someone who vacuums more regularly this would have been found wanting after the first week. Very disappointing and a waste of money for me.

Was happy with this at first as it worked well on short-pile carpet but when we used this on long-pile carpet, it really struggled and you had to go over the same area repeatedly. The suction just wasn’t sufficient on long-pile carpets. The filter needed cleaning much more frequently than our Dyson Animal. Also dust really stuck to the inside of the dust collector even after emptying it.On a plus side, It was fairly light and wasn’t as noisy as other hoovers; it didn’t set our dog off who would bark non-stop whenever he heard our Dyson.**UPDATE**: The seller contacted me to offer me a replacement free of charge, which we accepted. Currently, my sister is using it and likes it. She has short-pile carpet and says this hoover is sufficient for her needs and better than her old one. She said it is good enough to pick up little bits. She doesn't notice any overpowering smell after using this hoover. Her two younger children has helped out with the hoovering since then. Also, she said it's easy to clean.

I’ve just tried it once after receiving it today. My first impression is that it has excellent suction. It is also compact and seems well made. Buying a brand you don’t know of can be stressful, but it’s bagless which is what I wanted. I’m hoping it will be as good as it seems to be.
