Steering a little tricky. Great product overall
Great Scooter. Even for experienced rider. My son loves the Bluetooth music. I wish the steering was easier. You lean the handle bars to turn instead of twisting the handlebars. Overall well built and sturdy.

Cheap
The media could not be loaded. Just got this scooter and the wheel attachment broke. My daughter has been on it for only 3 days and the entire wheel module broke off. She’s 7 years old and spent this money just for 3 days of fun. Do not buy, it’s made very cheap

Excellent scooter
Great Electric scooter. The blue tooth can play the music super loud and it has some speed to it. My 7 yr old loves it.

Defective Scooter
Once this product box was opened, found the scooter was not operational due to a manufacturing defect which left the release for the control shaft inoperable. Found that the plastic release mechanism was broken from the factory which prevented the the control bar from raising. Bluetooth functionality was great and lighting was really cool. Will be returning this product with a grand child unhappy.Wanted to make an update to this review. After the upper review was address with a representative of the scooter company. They worked to verify the issue and moved forward with a replacement scooter to help correct the situation. Therefore, my review correct was needed. This is what I hope all company's maintain as their customer satisfaction policy. I'm fully satisfied with their response to this issue. Thanks

Amazing product
This Item was pretty simple to put together, Ny daughter absolutely loves the scooter it’s a fun ride. The lights aren’t too much, the Bluetooth is cool and she rides this every chance she gets

Great Customer service
What a great customer service. They answered properly and on time and the we had a situation with the Scooter, they fixed the whole situation.

Not a terrible buy!
The scooter works well but the handlebars kept falling. The latching mechanism is plastic and strips out easily. It kept prematurely collapsing/folding on my son every time he pushed it to go. I finally took it apart and drilled a hole to bolt it fixed. Other than that its a great starter scooter for your kid.
