When the machine is working I could not recommend enough. Extremely easy to use, compact, great value for money and seems good built quality, however mine died very unexpectedly mid-print. I had only had it about 2 months and had used it less than 20 times. It had been stored safely and never dropped or damaged in anyway. I'm hoping it's replacement will have more luck.

Blue tooth doesn’t work and have to turn on and off, plug and unplug, open and close several times to get to work wired every time. Very frustrating and too late to return.

This printer has been nothing but a source of frustration since I bought it. Trying to get the paper loaded correctly is a nightmare – if it's not perfectly centered, it just bunches up, jams, or stops completely, ruining my stencil design and wasting expensive paper. Even when I manage to feed it right, the print quality is terrible; most of the image comes out faded and unevenly saturated, making it useless for a good stencil. On top of that, keeping it connected is nearly impossible. It constantly drops the Bluetooth connection mid-print, and I practically have to stand right next to it for it to even recognize my device. After only using it a couple of times, it completely stopped turning on or charging, leaving me with a useless brick well past the return window. Honestly, save your money and avoid the headache – this thing just doesn't work reliably.

Receive product does not work like they say it does downloaded the app it prints from the app but the paper comes out blank the paper that came with it does not work with it or the product is defective that is my review

I finally decided to get a thermal printer. Great for starters or those just tired of doing everything by hand. Time saving and nerve saving . Glad i got it. I also libe i have different options of printing from the app . Can even print from my computer if wanted using the adapter they supply . I like the case it come in too and how it’s secured to prevent damage on the way to you

I love love love it it works good I have no complaints. Prints fast the size is good for me and it’s portable

I have 3 printers varying in price all the way to 500$, I needed a portable printer I could take on the road for my mobile set up, when going to print the stencils i couldn't get it to connect and ended up having to free hand the entire piece, even with the printer being in pairing, scanning the qr code, or even waiting for it to turn off and turn back on, I don't know if I got sent a bad printer or what but this is the worst printer I've ever used.
