Kimono Mom's Umami sauce is wonderful! I use it in many more things than I thought I would. Great as a soy sauce substitute on rice, as an ingredient in a homemade dipping sauce, extra flavor in marinades, stir fry, etc., etc. So many uses, I can't write them all here.Non GMO, quality ingredients. It might be a little more expensive than other sauces, but it's worth every single penny!

I hear of Moe from her YouTube channel. She is so sweet & I love supporting women owned businesses! The sauce is delicious & versatile. I got this for my gluten free friend bc I loved it so much! Will update when she receives the gift! There was no leakage and the quality of the product is great! The price wasn’t bad considering Momofuku sells chili oilfor the same price of an 3 ounce jar.

Yum! I had to share with family and apparently WA state Whole Foods doesn’t carry her sauce. I live in Texas and I’m so glad that I can find it wherever. The sauce is so versatile if you want to make your own Japanese cuisine. From Teriyaki and Sukiyaki to Nikujaga and cold noodles, whatever you can think of, this sauce can be used. You can always buy all the separate bottles of sauces to create the sauce, but I find this more convenient. I love it!! I heard she’s making a spicy 🌶️ option. Can’t wait!

Awesome flavor and texture. Definitely worth a try! Will be purchasing again for myself and friends. I was concerned at first because I read about of people had shipping issues but I'm figuring they must've fixed that because it was wrapped awesomely in a type of bubbly wrap and was definitely aok! So if you have that concern based off other reviews I'd be a little more at ease.

I absolutely love this sauce. I use it on stir fry, tofu and some salads. I also add a little salt and pepper to hamburgers and then coat them with this sauce and marinate the burgers for a few hours in the frig before cooking. It takes burgers to a new level. Try it for yourself.

Stop looking for better or alternative options. This is THE Umami Sauce.Umami Sauce Never tasted this good. My God...She has a secret from heaven.All the best to the brand. Hope the price will drop in future.

This is sweet compared to another popular brand that is VERY salty. (and I do love salt..) I tried it with chicken and tofu and liked it. It is a bit pricey. My only complaint is how it came packaged, and Kimono Mom has no say on how Amazon ships it. I was surprised that it arrived in one piece and was not broken. There was no bubble wrap or any protective wrap around the bottle. It arrived in a brown lightly padded envelope. There was no fragile sticker on the packet, there WAS a small "liquid' label in the package. Amazon - you need to do better with the packaging.

This is an excellent product. It has made cooking easier for me!
