The gifts inside the box are very nice. The trouble is the box it comes in for presentation came damaged ; not once but twice.

This is really a nice gift set to say Thank you to someone you know. It includes many useful items....a great stainless steel mug with lid, canvas tote, ink pen, notebook, nice fragrant candle, and a Thank You card all nicely packaged in a beautiful gift box. Probably one of the better gift boxes I've purchased....in my opinion. All items are useful to me. I'm very pleased with this gift set and definitely recommend it.

I do contract work for a company and they have a admin assistant that always goes out of her way to help me when I come in. I saw this kit and thought: What a great idea, and I'll see how she likes it. My wife had looked at it when we got it and thought it was nicely done, with quality items, and would be appreciated. Well, it went over like a perfect 10. It was nice to have the card to put on the outside of the box, which is nicely designed with a good looking print. She opened it up and was oohing and aahing over everything in the box, from the candle to the insulated mug to the the pen and notebook. I asked her if she really liked it and she gushed, saying it was one of the nicest thank you gifts she'd ever gotten. With that, and the current 40% discount being offered (no telling when that will go away!), my wife and I both agree that this is a bargain for a nice, generic (aka-not too personal) gift for an admin, a Nurse/MA, or lady that does something special for you and you want to thank her. With the discount, it also falls in line with the $25 per gift max that you can give, per IRS rules, if you can write it off as a business gift. On a side note, some have indicated a misspelling on the front to the box...and I saw it the same. My wife, on the other hand, said it was fancy calligraphy and that, to her, it was a 'J'. I'll let the buyer be the judge. Recommended.

I ordered this gift set as a thank you for my son’s school program director. It’s really hard to shop for her because she’s allergic to everything and almost everyone gives teachers mugs (which I wanted to stay away from). She loves stationary so when I saw this set I thought it would be great for her.It has a really nice pen, notebook, and tumbler. It’s not as elaborate as other sets but it’s more than perfect for her. It’s simple and everything comes displayed well in a box- so no extra wrapping required.Nice option for a laid back king of person.

If you've got people to thank, and we all do, this would be a nice gift box of useful items. It has a grocery/book bag that says "THANK YOU" and "Have A Nice Day", which is totally fine. You could use it for groceries, or getting things from the library like books or movies. Or possibly, you could use it to put the other gifts into, since the big box that holds them all has a funny typo on it. "Fust for you" it reads, and I suspect they meant "just", but that's how it goes. The other gifts inside are spelled fine. The drink cup says "Thank you for being Awesome", and it's nice looking with a lid that you can drink from. The scented candle is small but has a great smell. And there's a little cork-board & cloth covered journal that reads "make today truly awesome" in all caps, which I won't repeat because I feel like I'm shouting, but it's a nice thing. It has room inside for various memos, or dated journal entries. Like a diary without saying that on the cover. It has an elastic to hold it together, and one of those ribbon things to hold your place. Very nice for a mature person, but even a teen would find it pretty cool. They even include a half-sized card that says "Many Thanks" on the cover, and then is empty inside so you can write a few words. Lastly, there's a nice looking pen in a black box that reads "thank you" in lower case, but the pen itself shouts "you are amazing!" in all caps. Still, nice and useful. So I was thinking of putting all the items into the gift bag instead of the box, because I've been trying to think of how to cover the typo, and can't figure it out, unless I use a stickable label. Otherwise, they'd pull off the wrapping paper or card, and get to see the typo. It may not be a big thing to you, but I was an English teacher so it grates on me. Otherwise, the box is gorgeous and everything is individually wrapped inside, and there is nice excelsior too. It's a good set marred by one editing error. A workable gift set that you have to finesse to make it go, but still, has worthwhile stuff inside. I give it an "A-"
