After having COVID twice I noticed my hair was falling out, my skin was dry and my nails were brittle. Within a month after I started taking this I noticed a great improvement in all 3. My hair is still falling out but not as much and it is growing back faster.

Ok, my nails especially, and my hair and skin love these pills. I have not been able to grow my nails past the quick in a very long time. Started these pills that say take up to 3 a day. I was taking just one, just to see if it would help. After about a couple of months (yes it take awhile), I started seeing my nails getting stronger, and my hair seemed thicker. So I decided to up the dose to the max, long story short....My nails are past the ends of my fingers for the first time in my life...and I'm over 70!!!LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!

I wish I had take a “before” pic to show progress or growth, but I can tell these work great! I’ve been using over 1 month and have noticed my hair breaks/sheds less and there is significantly less hair in my brush! I didn’t have much concern with my skin before but I can tell a difference there as well. The only downside of these is if you take without food, the flavor tends to linger but it’s not terrible! I definitely recommend trying!

As far as I’m concerned there is no flavor because they’re swallowed whole
