This is my first time using laser instead of waxing and the experience is good so far. I tried only level 1 and level 2 and both of them don't hurt, maybe just a little bit warm in the armpits. It comes with everything including the shaver and glasses and the instruction was clear. Wll recommend!

I followed all directions, and it did not work at all. I have pale skin and dark hair. I did it every two to three days for 6 weeks at the highest setting, and absolutely no hair was removed. Total waste of money and time. Now Amazon says it’s too late to return. I am hoping the seller can make it right.

This is the best laser machine I've ever purchased. I've had three, and they've never worked as well as this one. It has many functions. I highly recommend it.
