I regret buying this toy. The instructions are poor and don’t follow the proper process. You will have to backtrack 2-3 times to complete the build. The parts have numerous design flows, and do not fit as pictured. The “walls” have no connection to what a room is supposed to be, so don’t expect this house to be a good model for your child’s imagination. The furniture is not functional- the dolls cannot sit on any of the furniture pieces, which is annoying for the kids. I wish I could return it! I would suggest you stay away from this product. It is not worth it. We got a wooden dollhouse and it is absolutely delightful - easy to assemble, beautifully decorated, functional with great furniture and dolls proportions. Better alternatives are available!

Value for the money. But I chose to return it to buy a wooden doll house.

This doll house serves its purpose and looks fine.It took my husband and I 2.5 hours to assemble this and we skipped the fence. It has several hundred pieces, the instructions aren't super clear, and not necessarily in the right order. For example, we weren't able to add the pretty details because the instructions don't tell you until the end that the poles need to be a certain way and one of our roofs needed to be put on after the second step, but it waited until close to the end to put it on.The pieces also don't fit together well. The slide doesn't snap on nor do the little round triangle floor pieces.My 6 year old won't know the difference, but we find it funny that there are 3 kitchens, no bathrooms, but a toilet.It just wasn't worth the $40 I saved to get this knock off, in my personal opinion.

I assembled this today to give to my granddaughter for Christmas. It cracked in two places- as I snapped the pieces together. It doesn’t tell you if you don’t put the columns on in a specific direction, other pieces won’t snap into place. The thin cardboard walls are so flimsy they won’t last long. I am so upset as this was her “big gift”. It’s too late to try to replace it. Don’t waste your money.

Safe parts, my seven year old grandaughterwas delighted when she saw it.
