Like ordering from a gourmet restaurant.
These sauces are so good. I've never had Peruvian food before, and I'm happy I tried these. Each sauce has a distinctive flavor native to Peru and the peppers that they have there. Only one is slightly hot but still very tolerable to most. The others do have some heat if you can handle a little bit of spice. It has an interesting South American flavor different than a Mexican type of pepper sauce. The chili verde is thick while the other sauces are a little bit thinner. I've never had Peruvian food before but I would recommend these to anybody that wanted to try something a little bit different than your typical Mexican type of sauces. These are quite expensive but there is high quality ingredients here and it's a very special item. I like them on chips and cheese or enchiladas or taquitos. But they are tasty by themselves just to try them also. Very happy to try something different especially with this high quality company.

just the right amount of spice for me
I recently tried the Peruana Sauce Sampler Variety Pack, and I must say, it has a delightful range of flavors! Out of the four sauces included—Aji Amarillo Paste, Rocoto, Verde Green Sauce, and Charapita—I've found myself absolutely loving two of them. The flavors are vibrant and really capture the essence of Peruvian cuisine. What I appreciate most is the perfect amount of spice in these sauces. They're flavorful without being overwhelmingly hot, which is just right for my palate. Each sauce offers its unique twist, adding depth to my dishes. Whether I'm mixing the Aji Amarillo with some grilled chicken or drizzling Rocoto on tacos, I'm always pleased with the results.Overall, if you're looking to explore some delicious sauces that bring a bit of Peruvian flair to your meals, I highly recommend giving this sampler a try!

jeezlus I will not let myself run out of this
These have so much flavor with the perfect amount of heat. I've used these on my eggs in the morning every day, and each time puts a smile on my face. These have a great spice level, but with that heat, also a great flavor from the peppers too.Easily worth the price, and I won't let my pantry run low on these.

Rocoto is Our Favorite on Breaded Chicken Sandwiches!
GREAT set here! They all taste pretty good, some better than others, but the Rocoto one is AMAZING. We love this one a lot, and it is perfect on a breaded chicken cutlet sandwich. We tried it on eggs, like they recommend, and we did not like it. But on chicken cutlets, it is DIVINE. Seriously a fantastic product and we are very excited to keep trying them all on different meals -- which so far, we have found that they work best on all types of meats as opposed to other things. Overall a great find and a great addition to your condiments, especially Rocoto (it is red bell peppers with some spicy peppers and in a mayo-like sauce, very, very very GOOD!!).

More heat than flavor
This is a review of: Peruana Sauce Samplier Variety Pack - Amarillo, Rocoto, Verde, and Charapita - 12.7oz Bottles of Each Taste and Texture: This is a set of 4 bottles of different hot sauces. 3 of them are marked as being mild, and one of them is marked as hot. I don’t have a high spice tolerance, so all of them seem pretty hot to me. The sauces are actually a little chunky and thick, which makes them good for dipping rather than pouring. I did have to shake the bottles pretty hard, at first, to get the sauce out. This isn’t the most important thing, but some of the sauces, especially the Amarillo, weren’t very visually appealing after pouring them out of the bottle. My son loved the sauce set, the rest of the family felt like they were kind of boring and not flavorful enough.Bottling: These are packed in glass bottles, which makes the entire box quite heavy. They were secured in separate cardboard compartments in the box they came in, so everything was intact. Each bottle has a metal cap with a thin strip of paper over the top as a safety seal. There is no inner seal on the bottle. The metal caps twisted off pretty easily, and close back up securely. The bottles are shelf stable until opened, so you can try out each sauce at your leisure. These hot sauce bottles are pretty expensive for what you get. You get 4, 12-ounce bottles of hot sauce. This set is currently priced at 49.99, on Amazon, in September of 2024. That’s pretty expensive for hot sauce, so you really have to want this. It would work well as a gift item for someone who loves Peruvian hot sauces.

Great Sauce Variety Pack.
These sauces both smell and taste nice. They're made with different types of peppers. They can be used with snack or to rub it on fish or chicken before placing them in the oven to enhance the flavor. I'd highly recommend this variety pack of sauces.

Way to overpriced for what you get, You can get much cheaper on Amazon
These are overpriced for what you get. $43 for ground up chilis? No dice, no thanks, not impressed. It's just vinegar, water, sugar, and chilis. They just got hotter, which is not good or reasonable. I just can't recommend this for the price. There are very similar options for about $3 each in all of your local supermarkets. Sorry guys, no dice. Keep trying

Love this sampler of sauces!
These Peruvian sauces are all delicious and well worth the price tag. Each one brings a different level of heat and flavor to the table. While they’re all spicy, the Charapa definitely packs the most punch so I use it sparingly even though I love hot sauce this one delivers a fiery kick! 😂The Aji Amarillo has a medium heat with a fruity, slightly sweet taste that’s really tasty. I think the Rocoto is similar to Amarillo but with a touch more spice. Then there’s the Aji Verde which I found to be mild with a fresh and citrusy flavor and hints of cilantro I think. It’s hard to capture all the flavors exactly but they’re all tasty and I’m so happy to have them on my hot sauce shelf in the fridge! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥These come in good sized glass bottles with screw top lids and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to try some new spicy sauces. For those seeking the ultimate heat in this variety.... the Charapa sauce is your go-to....it’ll set your taste buds on fire!
