Nice looking bassi for our half bath.
This small vanity offers a lower sizable cabinet and a small lower drawer is in our tiny half bath. Looks great and provides more room for the occupant. Easy to install in less than 2 hours, counting the plumbing and fixtures. This vanity with sink is sturdy and made well. This item was at an excellent price. Works as described. Small but worth the cost for the added features like the drawer and cabinet space.

Surprisingly ok
I admit to having had low expectations for this item, but I needed a certain width and liked the ceramic sink. While it is true that the instructions could have been more clear, it wasn’t too difficult to build it. The wood pieces were numbered, which is always helpful. The color is more neutral wood-colored than gray which is preferable in my case. The finished piece is far more sturdy than I expected. The sink bowl is small and I noticed that water can spill over the rim very easily if not careful. I chose a Pfister Weller faucet and it fit well in appearance and in function. Helpful tools: impact driver, rubber mallet, level, clear silicone caulk.

The product arrived on time and no damages. So easy to assemble and have my handyman install it. It just fit in my son's small house. It just perfect for his small bathroom and looks so nice.

Horrible instructions
I will start with what I liked about this vanity.It is very small which is perfect for my tiny home. Everything fit as it should. Live that it has a cabinet and a drawer.The instructions are horrible! I tried to put it together and gave up. My bf started helping the next day and it took the 2 of us hours. I've put together a lot of items and this one has been the worst so far. We did exactly what the instructions showed and it was wrong. Had to take it apart twice to figure it out without following the instructions. 1 pieces were even labeled with the wrong number. After hours we got it together and it fits perfectly.
