I am very happy with this purchase. The value to price ratio is perfect. The lumbar support pillow is a great way to customize the fit without annoying Velcro or sliders. I particularly like the width of the wheelbase. Some models I have tried will allow the chair to tip forward if you sit close to the edge of the cushion, but this chair stays stable no matter how you are seated. I also really appreciate how far back the chair will allow you to recline.

Looks and feels great. I game for quite a bit at a time and it hasn’t let me down in the comfort category. I occasionally watch YouTube and recline it with the footrest out. In ratio of comfort to price, I feel you can’t go wrong at all. Overall, 5 stars from me. I don’t have any complaints so far

It bolted together fine. I was impressed at how easily it went together, but once it was all together it's many flaws became quickly apparent. It's weird. I never thought that anyone could goof an office chair so badly. The tilt mechanism is all wrong. The leg rest is a joke. The lever for the tilt is way back behind you on the right and so low that even I with my long arms has trouble reaching it. There's more but I'm not going to bother. It's a hot mess. Run don't walk - away from this chairEDIT: This chair almost cost me a kidney! I knew it was a piece of crap but I kept using it despite it being very uncomfortable I was resigned to using it simply because I paid for it and was determined to get my money's worth which was a BAD IDEA! HUGE MISTAKE! I started to have lower back problems and I thought it was muscular so I had my son use a massager on that area. Well, it just kept getting worse. I was at the point where I was in very serious pain. I finally realized that the pain wasn't muscular but it was my KIDNEY and that it was this damn chair that was causing the problem! I got a much better chair and here I am THREE DAYS LATER and the kidney pain is almost completely gone. Today I had an upper back pain and was actually glad to feel a pain in my back what wasn't my kidney! My pee is back to a normal color! This chair could have killed me! Even though it has no signs of wear I"m going to toss it into the trash.

Really comfortable chair!I got the black leather chair.This chair is as comfy as it looks and was really easy to set up. The box was actually pretty medium sized for an office chair which was a nice bonus for my recycling bin.I like the quality of the black leather material as well as the pillow and the wheels and tilt work great.I love how you can adjust the angle to whatever angle you like and lock it in from there. And I love the cushion of the seat as well the spring cushion is really great for my work from home job.The only downside is the angle adjust is hard to reach while seated in the chair.

Love this chair. I'm 6'3" and 237 lbs. The chair is very comfortable and encourages me to sit with good posture.It was easy to assemble and is very flexible in the number of settings for your sitting style.I used to shy away from my desk because my old chair was very uncomfortable.Now I am drawn to my work and goals.

I waited a month to review after trying this chair out.This is a product that at opening appeared to be jut a normal office chair, but they sell you that it's meant for heavier people (to meet the "500 lb" claim) by having a firm & thick piece of metal visible when you first open the box. This piece of metal lured me into a false sense of security that this creator knew what they were doing selling this.Upon unboxing the rest and assembling, it is clear that this is just a normal office chair with some extra padding. That thick piece of metal? It is what holds the back of the chair to the base of the chair. There is no other metal on this chair that appears reinforced or designed with heavier people in mind.the legs of the chair that extend out from the center appear to be aluminum or another cheaper metal and has clear spots where there will be points of failure when it would come to weight. The points where the wheels connect to these legs also have your generic shoddy weld points that I've seen fail before.And the center of gravity for this chair is near the back where the piston connects. So if you are truly a heavier person, all the weight is gonna be offset towards the front. Be prepared for this chair to tip forward if you roll while in it.I'm not that heavy of a person, but I like to be comfy. This chair is not designed for heavy people for usability. Just comfort. Hope you enjoy landing on your butt when it does eventually tip due to the bad design.

Very comfortable wide chair with more than enough padding. I spend a lot of time in my office and this is one of the most comfortable chairs I've bought so far. Great price too
