To start with the product comes well presented in its packaging, inside the box you get the brush and a case to put it in.Looking at it straight away you can see the GHD quality and it feels as if it will last for years of use.The brush itself is quite large but still comfortable to hold in the hand and not so heavy that you'd need to put it down during use.To start the brush you just press the button and it'll start to warm itself up, when it's ready it'll play a little tune.You then use the brush on your wet hair to dry it and if you want to go further then you can section out your hair and use the brush to curl it. (All explained in the instructions).Overall this is a quality piece of kit which is extremely easy to use - perfect for someone to get salon quality hair at home!

I wanted to use this a few times before reviewing.Let's start off with the packaging- 10/10. The ghd comes in a lovely (large) box and inside there is the device and a beautiful heat proof bag/mat. It's great as the bag zips open fully and becomes a heat proof mat for when you are using the device.Once the device is plugged in, you turn on the duet blowdryer with the one button and it makes a loud vacuum sound but once the device is hot and ready, it will quiet down.The bristles on the brush are a bit hard and not what I expected but the size of the brush does actually bring volume to your hair.It dried and styled my hair super quickly. There was a slight smell the first time I used the device but after that there was no smell.The device itself is white big in size so would be more difficult to take travelling.But the duet hairdryer is beautiful and well made and definitely keeps my hair silky.It is on the pricer side but it is a lovely product and would make a lovely gift.

Considering the high price tag which GHDS are known for this is worth the price. It's premium feel with a nice white asthastic finsh. Comes with a nice leatherly look pouch which is both heat proof and looks really nice. My daughter and wife this is they new favourite hair dryer. It warms up quick and beeps to let you know when it reaches optimum temperature, which doesn't take that long to reach.At first they was a bit of a strange smell however usually it's the oil and newness wearing off. It dries hair really quick and doesn't burn or frizz up you hair like a normal hair dryer does.It's good for styling, curling and even just implying giving it a straight dry look. It's not to loud either which my daughter never really liked the hair dryer for this reason and would avoid hair drying her hair. But this is rather quiet and has sound equipment of a mircowave. It's expensive but is really worth the moneyWould reccomend

I am always amazed by the high price of GHD products. Of course, you are paying for the name, although there is no doubt that the company does produce a quality product.I like the presentation - the box is neat and the storage bag is particularly useful when travelling.I thought it would be difficult to use for someone like me who is not good at styling but I found it surprisingly easy.The brush is quite heavy and it takes a while to learn the best technique but it is basically like brushing your hair.I had expected to be able to curl the hair around the brush but that just caused tangles so decided the bet approach is just to brush.Using the brush seemed to make my hair a little bit more shiny than usual but I still can't get over the high price.
