After my first use, I felt an immediate sense of relief! I always thought that the chair I sat in supported my lower back very well, but I was sadly mistaken. This posture chair has fulfilled all of my expectations for chair comfort. I have less back pain and I am sleeping much better. When I ordered this item I was unsure because I had never seen anything like it before. When it arrived my family laughed at first but now no one is laughing. It really works! I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back and always need some sort of lumbar support when sitting. This is a well made sturdy unit that I can easily pick up and use on different chairs very flexible and light weight. I use it on kitchen chairs, sewing chairs, patio chairs, and more. Easy to carry and it keeps my back from stiffness and soreness that I would otherwise be comfortable with because of the lumbar support.
