Update (4/15/1025): If I could give this product a rating higher than 5 stars, I would do so! The battery lasts a good long time, so much so that despite wearing it for more hours than I can remember since I bought it, I've only had to charge it once. The device, despite being lightweight, seems to be of excellent quality. I've dropped it a couple times with no ill effects. And, the hip pain that prompted me to get the unit has subsided. I would say it's gone, but I don't want to jinx myself. Thus far, you can't go wrong with this item!have used a number of TENS units over the years for relief from aches and soreness from my work as a tennis professional. I actually wore them while at work, which didn't help sustain the pads. But I haven't used one in the recent past. This new unit is compact, powerful, and easy to navigate. The initial charge seems to be lasting for quite some time as well. My wife and I have used it for approximately 8 hours and I still have the same number of bars as when we started. As far as power goes, I have yet to go past 10 because I receive plennty of power between the 8 and 10 settings. Love the stimulation of my lower back and troublesome hip (which feels like sciatica), and I also have it hooked up simultaneously to what has felt like a minor calf strain. I have all 4 pads with channels A & B going simultaneously and I'm sitting and walking around with the unit in my pocket as I go about my activities at home. I definnitely recommend the unit at this point. I must say that it feels as though one of the cords produces more power, but I haven't done sufficient testing to support that hypothesis. I'll edit this review if something changes.

I got this unit because I was in a car accident and had neck and back pain. I needed some type of relief that was different and really hit the spot. I like all the different functions and intensities. The different size pads also make the delivery of the EMS feel different as well. This is a great little unit to help target pain deep within muscles and nerves. Good huy

This is a fantastic little device. It's smaller than my old tens machine but still works just as well, and it's also very convenient. Having USB-C for charging is a huge benefit over disposable batteries! Came with a little bag for keeping all the parts together. overall solid product and good price.

When my muscles are sore post physical workout or just working in the yard, I find that this little muscle stimulator machine is able to help me recover much sooner. I just place the pad on the area of concern and let it do it's job. Also, I get cramps in my calves and the veins hurt behind my knee, and this helps to relieve pressure. I love that the stimulator is small and can be easily transported in a purse. Great quality and design. Pretty easy to use.

I used this with a herniated disc and it is one of the tools I used that alleviated the pain. It has 22 programs and 40 intensity levels. It does pulse but I like the solid waves. I used a low-medium intensity and it offered some relief. It small and compact and I was able to take it on the go in its carry pouch. It's powered by a lithium battery that is rechargeable. This has been a tremendous help with my back.
