LED Wall Art
I ordered this item and then shipped it to another country as a gift. When we opened the gift we were so happy. It’s absolutely beautiful!! The piece has two parts, the top part, the wires are already connected. It just has to be plugged in. However, the bottom part just has the wires hanging. We connected the two parts and tried to connect the wires that are just loose. We could not do it. There aren’t any instructions to guide us and now we’re frustrated. It should not be that difficult. There are no instructions. I read the troubleshooting tips and it did not help.

Bad product and bad customer service
I ordered this item and waiting tooo long long long to get and I jut received . Product package was opened , Brocken top holding bracket and missing two screws , I contacted supplier and I didn’t get reply
