Arrived earlier than expected.Most will have at some stage used one of those Pilot and every so often be put off by the price.well, 20 pen at this price couldn't be missed.They are the kids favourite to use during their exams. the pens are smooth, fine, neat and clear to read.They now have enough to last them over study leave and beyond.

This is the second time this has happened with an order for this item from Amazon. I paid for a box with twenty pens. The shipping box arrived intact. Inside that intact box was an open box of pens with only 16 pens in it, not the twenty described by Amazon and not the twenty it says on the box. Obviously the pens did not fall out of the completely intact sealed shipping box.I want my four pens!!! I paid for twenty pens and I want twenty pens. This is not acceptable.
