I have used body scrubs for years and this one is one of the best.I was thrilled when this came up on offer. I have experienced the mysterious healing powers of the Dead Sea, for myself. This scrub takes me back there.I found myself wondering if it is really from the Dead Sea, as described. In the end, it really didn't matter because I had an intoxicating and luxurious experience. I will say that, according to the result, it is certainly possible that it is. I did bring some home with me and it appears to be a perfect match. Thanks for this, because I have used my straight from the source salt very sparingly.The Rose Scent is very pleasant and not at all overpowering. I scooped a little out, after a good long soak in the tub. I massaged it in and let it sit for a bit, as I did a steam eye mask. The scent seemed to intensify a bit as I randomly used an exfoliating glove to massage it into my skin. I felt like I was in a Spa and it was easy to let my mind drift.I rinsed with cold water. My skin looked so hydrated, even before the application of a favorite oil and cream. I could say I felt all glowing and soft. I was so relaxed!The scent lingered each time that I passed that room; another pleasant surprise.Okay. I am impressed. It appears that everything is all natural and I liked that I could see bits floating about in there. The packaging is very elegant but not overdone. The only thing that I would change, if I could is to make it available in a five gallon bucket, because I don't think I will ever tire of using this product.

Cutting to the chase: RecommendedI found this scrub to be very effective for exfoliating the patches of dry skin I get on my heals in cold weather. The scrub has a very mild aroma that seems somewhat like soap. The salt crystals seem just the right and texture, so a very effective scrub. I picked the grape and shea butter scent, and I must say, it smells SO good! I have not used many body scrubs before, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It feels gritty, but not rough on the skin. It truly does help to exfoliate the skin; I have some recurrent in-grown hairs on my legs that my razor also misses, but this scrub helped to loosen them up pre-shaving so I could actually get a clean shave! My skin is often dry, but it does feel softer and more hydrated after using this product. I followed the instructions of leaving the scrub on for a while before rinsing, and I did a very gentle rinse to try and leave as much of the good stuff behind on my skin as possible without having actual product on me still. The smell is fantastic, even if it fades away from my own nose, my husband says he can smell it on me when I walk past him later in the day so I know the scent is sticking around even if I don't notice it anymore. With that said, it is a very light fruity smell, not overwhelming or artificial at all (even my husband agrees to that, and he typically does not like strong perfume smells). Overall, I think this is a great scrub and I think it would make an excellent gift for anyone!
