This is a great tiffin to get if you are watching your weight or want to maintain your good weight, as the containers are not too big, but they are not so small that you won't be able to fit a good sized meal. They arrived very quickly with no problems. Would buy from again.

Just received the tiffin in the mail and we are missing the sidekick! I’m not going to return it because the tiffin is perfect for my daughter’s school lunch however, I specifically chose this tiffin because it came with the sidekick. I will update this review if the seller can send out a sidekick and after I see how well the tiffin holds up throughout the school year.Edit*** after a couple months of use, this tiffin disappoints! The main latches no longer stay latched to keep the whole tiffin together. Sad sad sad….

I would have given this product 5 stars but the small container was missing. I did not bother to return it but I was not happy.

Was looking for something to take to work to be able to keep some things chilled and to heat some things up.The Tiffin works perfectly!!!

This is my second tiffin. We wanted one in each family car so that we always had one when we go to a restaurant.It wasn't til I had thrown out the packaging that I realized the sidekick was missing from the stack of boxes. Very disappointed.

Great bento box, but I ordered the type that comes with the “sidekick” mini container and didn’t receive it! Just the regular bento container. I was hoping to have salads in it and use the mini container for dressings, now i’ll have to buy another one (probably not from this brand). Just annoyed I paid extra for the sidekick container and now have to buy a mini container elsewhere…

I ordered this and it did not come with the sidekick container, I asked for a replacement and it was also sent without the sidekick container.
