The buckle has a good heft and size, but the 'skull' is just riveted to the back plate, as opposed to welded or made as a single piece and then painted. Maybe those aren't reasonable expectations at this price point, but as it is, the buckle lacks the appearance of quality, resembling an item from a Cowboy Halloween costume than a proper buckle made for adults

This is a 5 star buckle if it didn't change color. But I still love it. It looks great. It fits in most leather belts. It stays fastened. Worth it. I get a lot of compliments when people see it. It's not too big. Well built and versatile.

The quality of this belt buckle is top notch. The bull is 3d and sticks out of the rest of the buckle. The golden color is very nice and not gaudy. Overall, I feel very cowboy ish with this belt. It fits easily into my belt and looks really good.Great value for the money.
