Not exactly what I was thinking...
Hello again! I'm reviewing my brand new Grey Knight Castellan Crowe. After ordering two other Grey Knights and then reading the lore behind Castellan Crowe I decided to go with this one to add to my collection. The package arrived on time and in good condition. The actual product inside was also in good shape. The overall figure has great detail like the other Grey Knights with all the raised lettering and scriptures on his armor. And this is where it all kinda falls off for me with this one. Overall he's the smallest of the three Grey Knights I've purchased. All of the joints are very loose and make it a bit challenging to get into some poses. His wrist bolter can't rotate because the belt fed ammunition is secured to his belt on the the backside. This also prevents the skull on the front of his armor (center pelvic area) from lining up correctly. So one of the poses in the advertisement can't be achieved due to this. This was a bit upsetting to me as that was the position I wanted to put him to display. I may use some flush cuts and remove the connection to the belt to see if this will allow for posing the way I would like. It looks like they removed the belt feed from the image advertised as well. Also, the cross on his forehead isn't as pronounced as it is in the images, also a disappointment as I didn't want to use the helmet, although it is one of the better looking white helmets that I've seen so far. I may try to add some shading to this to fix it.The book attached to his belt was also busted off or not secured. This is an easy fix with some white glue, but I felt worth mentioning.Overall I like the figure, it has a fun history to me. However, I feel like this one really came up short in a few areas. Compared to other JoyToy figures this one just come up short, literally and figuratively. Especially for the $85 price tag.Like I said it came up short, the size of this figure is about the size of a Ultra Space Marine.Would I have ordered this knowing what I know now? No. I would have selected another figure or two for the price. So with all of this in mind the best I can do is a 2 star.

Excelentes figuras
