I purchased this new kitchen sink for our kitchen to replace an old one. We needed to spend a little time to study its features and my wife was very happy with its quality and versatility.

I don't know where to even start with this sink, but let me tell you, it's been nothing short of a nightmare. First off, the installation was a headache – I'm no plumber, but I've put together a few things in my time, and this was by far one of the most confusing setups. The instructions were as clear as mud, and the parts didn't seem to fit together properly, which made me question if I was missing something or if the sink itself was just poorly made. When I finally got it installed, I noticed that it didn't sit properly in the countertop, and I had to spend an extra hour trying to adjust it just to get it remotely level. But wait, it gets worse. The so-called “waterfall” feature is nothing like the picture. It’s supposed to give you this beautiful cascading water effect, but all I got was a weak trickle that barely even made it down the side. It’s laughable how bad it looks – a steady stream of water should flow like a waterfall, right? Instead, it feels like someone’s turning on a garden hose, and even that’s not as impressive. The sink itself is supposed to be “modern” and “smart,” but it’s far from it. The stainless steel looks decent at first glance, but after just a few days of use, it started showing scratches and marks like it had been through a warzone. I know it’s a sink, but come on – shouldn’t it hold up a little better than that? And as for the cup washer – what a joke. The feature is supposed to make cleaning cups a breeze, but it doesn’t even work right. It’s not powerful enough to clean anything properly. It’s more like a fancy gimmick than a useful addition. I found myself rinsing everything by hand because it just couldn’t get the job done. As for the faucet, don't even get me started. It looks shiny and nice out of the box, but it feels cheap and flimsy. Every time I turn it on, it sounds like it's going to fall off the sink, and the water pressure is all over the place. One minute, it’s barely a trickle, and the next, it’s spraying everywhere. I honestly don’t know how they can sell it as a “workstation.” It's more of a hassle than a help. The whole setup is just clunky and awkward. I tried using it for meal prep, but I ended up feeling like I was working in a tiny, cramped space instead of a functional kitchen. If you're looking for a functional, high-quality sink that will stand the test of time, do yourself a favor and skip this one. It doesn’t live up to its promises at all. It’s basically just a fancy-looking sink with a bunch of features that don’t actually work. The waterfall doesn’t waterfall, the cup washer is a dud, and the faucet is about as sturdy as a paper towel in a rainstorm. Don’t waste your time or money on this – there are much better options out there that actually do what they’re supposed to do.

Es muy bonito y se ve buena calidad le doy 4 estrellas por que la llave delAgua potable es muy frágil y vino con ese golpecito . Lo devolví para comprar otro que. No tenga el sistema de agua potable ya que no lo usamos con frecuencia . No tiene opción para quitarla.

This may seem a little pricey and it is, but in the case of a kitchen sink you may have one the lifetime of a house and with that in mind this is a great investment. 4 stars.
