We have been using the resin version of this Shilajit. Moving to a pill version would allows us to include these with our daily vitamins as well as give us some time back from having to melt the resin into a hot water, tea, or coffee.So far these are not as potent as the straight Resin. We do get an energy boost and it does last the majority of the day, but the Resin definitely was a much larger and long lasting energy boost.The pills definitely save time and are less messy. Additionally they are consistent in potency and that maybe why we feel the resin has more energy boost as we are probably taking too large of an amount.Overall they still increase energy levels, last a fair amount of the day, and provide a consistent approach to Shilajit and the many vitamins it provides. Additionally these pills bypass the taste of Shilajit Resin, which some find strong.Try these, I think you will enjoy the increase in energy it creates over time.

I’m a lover of supplements and this is my first time trying this one. To be honest, based in person experience, I feel different. I take this alongside other supplements, so I can’t say if they’re all working in hand, but just by reading the benefits of this supplements I can say I feel it so yeah I’m gonna keep taking it.

It's a good product. Been using Shilajit for a while from different brands and I like this one. It's easy on the stomach, and does assist with my overall workout days. Is it the best thing you can imagine that's going to allow you lift 100lbs more in 2 weeks? No, but if you're looking for something to give you that push, this works great.
