This is a brilliant peeler. I highly recommend it. The handle is actually wider than pictured so it does not slip in your hand as one reviewer wrote.

I am left-handed and have a difficult time finding various kitchen utensils that work - including peelers. This tool fits the bill! Because it has two blades, it would also work as a tool for right-handed people. It is also well constructed and I appreciate the fact that I can use it going up and down the vegetable because it is double-bladed. Well worth the purchase price!

Not well designed at all; handle keeps slipping and is difficult to grip. For the same price the product made by OXO (have purchased both) is far, I repeat, far superior.

It does what it supposed to do. Nothing special about it. I like the brand because it is not cheap 'made-in-china' products.

Ich wollte einen Schüler mit glatter Klinge, den habe ich nun bekommen. Die Klinge ist zwar breiter als der alte Schüler, aber das ist nur eine Gewohnheitsfrage. Er ist sehr scharf. Und macht alles, was er soll. Gurken runter schälen oder Kartoffel rundherum schälen. Er tut es, super. Ich hatte mir vorher einen bestellt, der leider mit Wellenschliff war. Das war leider nicht meins. Jetzt aber bin ich rundherum glücklich.Ach ja, noch einen Tipp zum Versand. Ein Brief würde auch ausreichen und der passt auch in den Briefkasten. Was die Versandkosten auch noch einmal verringert.

Wir haben den Sparschäler jetzt einige Zeit in gebrauch und können sagen, dass hartes Gemüse oder weicheres Obst keine Problematik sind für den Schäler. Er schneidet sehr dicht unter der Schale des jeweiligen Obst oder Gemüse. Zusätzlich liegt er gut in der Hand.

Das ist wirklich ein guter Schüler, noch dazu zur Abwechslung mal nicht in monotonem Schwarz gehalten :-) Er schält Kartoffeln, Spargel, Möhren, Gurken etc. "wie Butter" dank seiner scharfen Klinge. Der Schüler hat einen sehr handlichen Griff, ergonomisch geformt.

Der absolut beste Sparschäler, den ich je benutzt habe!Scharfe Klingen, liegt sehr gut in der Hand.Schäle damit Kartoffeln, Möhren, Spargel,....funktioniert einwandfrei!Wer diesen Sparschäler einmal benutzt hat, möchte keinen anderen mehr!
