Nothing wrong with the product itself. Verizon would not turn on and we tried to just use the battery for the lg phone we have and was a tad too big. Only reason we returned

Long lasting battery.

The LG Terra is supposed to be capable of being activated for direct calls to/from Europe - USA. It's supposed to have a :"SIM" card in it that permits this once Verizon activates the phone remotely to access European telephones. In fact the product came without a "SIM" card (which Verizon subsequently sent to me at no charge). It turned out, however, that even with the SIM card installed Verizon global technical service could not get the phone to work. The service tech told me Verizon had stopped selling the LG Terra because it had not been successful making it work in international mode. This is a discontinued telephone and should not have been for sale.

It works and sd pounds pretty good for a flip phone. For US usage, you don't need shims card. You can activate it just by calling a number it provides you when you turn it on. The sim card is for international usage. Easy to program and good food elderly.

I bought this as a gift. The person I bought it for sale Verizon told them that this phone is no longer supported by Verizon. The phone cannot be activated and had to be thrown away.

Do not buy we took it to Verizon and was told it's outdated and can not be hooked up, so why are you selling this product.

Bought as gift and he loved it

This phone was locked when I went to a Verizon store to have it turned on. This means, its either lost or stolen. I want a full refund. Not happy
