Healthy and delicious
I'm not sure why, but when I first tasted this, I was not that into it, and it say in my pantry for a while. I randomly gave it another try in a different dish, and have been obsessed ever since. It does not really taste like parmesan, but it has more of a garlic taste, but not an overwhelming garlic taste. The texture is unique, but not weird - in case any people with texture issues are wondering. I don't think there is any other product on the market like this one. A lot of other cheese alternatives have a bunch of added processed starches and oils, and this one is very clean, yet still so delicious! 10/10 recommend. I generally put it on pasta.

Good flavor
Have bought this twice. Very nice flavor. Non-vegan wife did not notice the substitution

We couldn't imagine meals with this stuff.
We use this for a lot of our meals. You don't have to be vegan or vegetarian to appreciate the flavor and texture this adds to your foods - pasta, soup, baked potatoes, salads, etc. It's a great alternative to grated cheese, but could also go along with it. Just give it a try and I'm sure you'll like it.This is a small family owned business and their customer service is as great as their products. We've been using their products for years and have had only one issue which they took care of smoothly and quickly and without any fuss. If you have any issues, don't write a negative review, just contact them directly and let them fix it for you.

Good cheese substitute
I needed to experiment with dairy out of my life: I suspected it was causing bloating and gas. I started seeking non-dairy cheese in the local supermarket. All of their options had ingredient lists a mile long and included names of things I didn't know what I was looking at: different types of gums, extracts, etc...you get the idea.I like that this product keeps the ingredient list fairly short and understandable.Taste: I also like that this product tastes good: it has a light, smoky, cheese-like flavor. It's not a strong flavor in my opinion, but neither is it bland.Texture: Initially, I did not like the texture: this product will not melt and become "cheesy" the way you are used to with regular cheese. It will keep its slightly crunchy texture, but it will soften a little as you apply it to hot food. After getting adjusted, I don't mind the texture now.Useability: Product is fairly easy to spread (read this as "sprinkle") in the amount you want. It livens up my steamed broccoli and my fried eggs nicely. You really can use it on just about anything you would have otherwise put cheese on, just keep in mind it is not going to melt like cheese would have.Value: ehh, it's kind of expensive, but having said that, unless you are really putting this on everything, a single package should last you several weeks to a month, so it's not a huge disadvantage to the price of buying cheese for a similar length of time.Storability: I've had my first package of Noosh-it for about 3 weeks now, and it's keeping really well in the same bag it came in. It has the cheap re-seal liner that will inevitably fatigue and come apart, of course, but for several weeks it has been fine. The bag will sit upright in your cabinet, and unlike cheese, you don't need to refrigerate Noosh-it, you can put it in the pantry.Nutrition: I find that calorie-wise, Noosh-it sprinkles a coverage area roughly comparable to what my usual usage of cheese would have covered on a given dish I'm preparing. You do need to be a little cautious with your Noosh-it sprinkling, it can be easy to really indulge and each tbsp has 40 calories. Other than that, this product has a lot of B-complex vitamins which is great. It also has a small amount of protein (good): 4g with 2 tbsp (80 calories worth). Now, with regular cheese, your nutrients of course depend a lot on the dairy product that was used to make it, but with a typical slice of my old favorite: Sargento brand pepper jack, a slice is 80 calories and would include some saturated fat (not great), 5g of protein (good), moderate amount of calcium (good) and some sodium (okay in moderation). So, switching to Noosh-it, you aren't getting the same nutrients and you might want to see about a food that bumps up your calcium as a result, but otherwise Noosh-it seems to come ahead a little bit in the nutrition department.Overall: Would I prefer to have my pepper jack back? Sure, but my body says no to that. So, this product does a GOOD job of replacing cheese. Overall, I recommend the product over other non-dairy cheese-like products that I looked at, both online and at the local supermarket. I hope this review helps you out if you are like me and trying to find products to replace the dairy in your diet. Good luck!

Great parmesan substitute.
This item never disappoints. Always fresh. I love it in soups, chili and especially on baked potatoes.
